Honestly, I’ve started watching your videos about a week ago and literally honestly catched up to your recent videos 😭❤️. I’m also a upcoming Fashion Designer & I’ve been doing fashion for about 3-4 years and you have inspired me to talk more about “ Slow Fashion” and custom made clothing and I’ve been dying to find someone like you .. you are so amazing and inspiring! . I always stressing myself out on how am I suppose to make this happen as in the custom made clothing .. everyone talks about mass producing but that’s something I absolutely didn’t want because I did my research on that honestly made my stomach turn and that’s where I knew I needed do something about this ... but you with your hardworking hands really inspired me to have confidence in myself to launching my own line “ Zena Obsession “ soon. Even you’re college portfolio inspired me !! That I don’t need to be a good drawer to get in my dream college, I do wish to get better at drawing but draping and construction hands on work , are more my thing and a lot of mood boards but anyways I know you ain’t got time to hear me talk, I just want to let you know that I genuinely respect you and will continue to see you grow as a fashion designer, you really have my support. Natalia, do you think buying sustainable fabrics from Etsy is ethical? I took a look at the website you buy your fabrics from, they are very expensive, do you have any other alternatives for fabrics? 💕
It depends! It’s honestly really hard to trace back the ethics of a lot of fabrics (so don’t feel bad if you are unable to figure it out) BUT Etsy does have a lot of thrifted/second hand fabrics so you can definitely find something there!

Question - I'm launching my made to order brand in March (hopefully) - do all your garments take the same amount of time to make? I have shorts that take 2 hours, knit tops that take 45 minutes, and a blazer that takes 5 hours. How do you figure out how to stock your store?

No, they all take different amounts of time to finish. I stock my store depending on how much I know I can make of each in a week!
