- I will have full video repair for replacing BMS customer changed their mind so after Potting removal but 1st just rying to get back to work on my Mega Packs as we been down for a minute.

You know never thought it help with that in fact I actually thought it would give a smotherin effect but transferring heat is interesting always great facts from My High Tech virtual wife love you and your mind
there are anti potting solutions that soften it to the point bthe potting just rubs off

chris alot of the laws reguarding lithium batteries have changed most ebike batteries now are required to be potted and meet certain ingress levels to be legaly allowed to be sold ,most batteries from china are illegal
I'm sure it's getting ugly or there in terms of regulations. For that reason I think I'm gonna just continue on a a hobbiest builder and buy at your own risk while doing work that's good enough to be considered as save non about to blow builds. While they are still very much out of my control and no pack is infallible the odds of it occurring area far less using quality components and great construction techniques. That's all I can offer

spmething with about 150 dc line amps max if thats a lithium pack if thats a lead acid than your first step get a lithium pack .
