urtica dioica stinging nettle the root is great, the leaves get rid of hayfever use gloves and wash the whole plant then leave to dry, the stings will be ruined by the water, and eat the whole thing!

Dried them at 170°

The nettle you have, is it the stinging nettle or a different variety?
