Gran Turismo 4 Enahnced - Added car: BMW Concept M5 '04

Another added/restored car from previous Gran Turismo games. This time with the Gran Turismo 4 Prologue/PSP only car, the BMW Concept M5 '04. Missing from Gran Turismo 4 simply for being shadpwed by its production model, and making GTPSP to feature both, until now. Also if the body is identical, some small data is changed compared to its production version, as different engine torque points. As you can see, this isn't a texture mod, but a proper separate model from the M5 '05. Color is also different compared to the 2005 model, using a darker silver, but of course also this detail is present. I was lucky in this race, since I've got both a closed and open top AC Cars 427 S/C
