Im my humble opinion, i think the studio Ghibli movies are perfect! Whisper of the heart, Spirited away and When Marnie was there are brilliant! My neighbour Totoro has an amazing story of how the two children managed to use their fantasy world to cope with their mother being ill and the major changes they've had to make. I particularly enjoyed the scenes and those flying machines! Nothing compares to Nausicaa, Howells moving castle and Laputa castle in the sky. Such creativity and imagination! I want more!
I remember watching this film in theaters when I was really young alongside my sister & father. When I found it on max a while back, I was flooded with so many memories of it. I even started watching more Studio Ghibli films after watching it again & seeing Boy & the Heron in theaters.
Gibli makes strong female characters very well, likeable, charming, strong, imperfect and real, unlike most asshole dudes with female faces strong female characters we have nowadays.

@@carolbeatrizherrerasalazar416 as far as I remember this one wasn't Sho survived, and he Never saw arriety again, but he was happy to hear the neighbours telling him that things in small quantities started disappearing The movie just kinda trolls you since he briefly mentions all we're seeing is a flashback from his youth during the beggining

Totally agree, although you missed naming the masterpiece of Studio Ghibli: The Tale of Princess Kaguya. The best film Ghibli has ever made.
