@@floridamansgarage8629 thanks! It's stop motion animation, you move everything a little bit at a time and photoshop out the stuff holding everything in place. It's slow as hell, haha.
How were you able to torque the first part of the cylinder like the part were the clutch cable goes with it did you just tighten it hard or did you use a torque wrench
I need help how did you remove and put those studs back into the new head?? Soo lost, the studs are in the old head but not in the new one how do I take them out?
Just put in two nuts and tighten them together then try and loosen the bottom nut and it’ll come out I recommend you heat up the studs so the don’t snap when you extract them
That thing sounds so lean its not even funny. Youve got a huge air leak or something somewhere. Does it still run? I wouldnt expect it to last longer than a few rides with it having a chinese piston and cylinder and running super lean
I thought the same thing and had my dads friend blow some smoke into it but there was no leak and surprisingly after running it hard it still works fine with the Chinese cylinder
@@floridamansgarage8629 about to rebuild mine the same way. Getting alot of bad reviews on this set up but like you im gonna go with it and see how it goes.
Man I suck at working on my blaster gas come out between the cylinder and bottom end when I tried to take the cylinder of I stripped a nut so I don’t know what to do
Jackson York take out the bottom end clean the surface and get new gaskets also make sure you have the right amount of transmission oil and you’ll never deal with that problem again
Jackson York and for the nut is stripped get a new one online if the bolt is stripped remove the stud and get a new one online (hope I earned myself another sub and good luck)
Great job mixing up the camera angles and showing all the details!
Time Flies By Moto I saw your channel and subbed and I’m just wondering how in the world you can do those effects it’s insanely cool

I envy how easy the circlips went in, the pro-x are so stiff.
How long has the top end lasted?
@jose’s garage have you ever had a problem where gas would fill up in the crank case
I already did that it hasn’t changed and it only fills up when it’s running
Could it be my crank seal behind my primary gear
Alright I’m gonna order a new carb from amazon will I have to change the jets in them I have a fmf powercore 2 exhaust and I run it 40:1
How long did it stay running after rebuild?
Hey I bought a new cylinder and my old one only has 5 bolts out of the 6 is it a big deal to put it together and only have 5 bolts?
It could cause a gasket leak eventually because it’s not pressed on all the sides but try it it might work
Jose’s Garage I found the other one there reusable right?
@@davidblum_ yes, they are
Hey, what is the price of the Kop and Clinder Yamaha Blazter, sir?
It cost me 65$ on amazon

David Blum torque wrench won’t fit in there u just got to be careful to not over tighten it
Its called a crows foot. Torq wrench goes in it
Does it still run?
Make sure to subscribe for more!!

Do you know how to get that nut off it’s in a tight space so I can’t get a socket in there
Jackson York use a wrench
I used a wrench it’s that I can’t fit a dremmel or a stripped nut kit there’s not enough room
Catching air
Where did you buy that kit?
Antonio De Jesus Fuentes Amazon.com for 60$
