What I appreciate most about your videos is that you’re taking a holistic look at football. As with anything, the history of something tells the story. Most people never take the time or interest to learn about the past. Since about 1985, I’ve been fascinated with NFL history. It invigorates me because then I gain a better understanding of players from Jim Thorpe and Red Grange to Sid Luckman and Sammy Baugh to YA Tittle and Jim Brown to Walter Payton and Tony Dorsett. Unfortunately, most NFL fans don’t know about how transformative players like Lance Alworth, Deacon Jones, and Charlie Joiner were in their respective eras. These players, and many others, built the foundation. Keep up the great work! P.S. Jerry Rice might be the greatest WR of all-time. But the receiving game can't be told without Don Hutson, Elroy Hirsch, Lance Alworth, Charlie Taylor, Paul Warfield, Steve Largent, and others who laid an incredible foundation.
I still remember watching his revenge hit on Harden. I was a kid and my brother and jumped up and down screaming watching the game. Great mind for the game, even better hands.
Fantastic video man, I and my both sides of my family are all massive Seahawk's fans and love everything Steve Largent so I had to click this for sure!
He like any athlete in any sport are the best of their time , because thats all they can control , their time period , not the past or the future , the present time for each athlete . Hank Aaron , Bill Russell , Paul Warfield , Jim Brown . The list goes on and will continue in every sport .
I'm a Broncos fan. I'm thinking about getting his jersey
