Many carpets are used by the owner in the garden for weekend cleaning, but they are not properly maintained and many are used at work and outdoors. Some of the carpets that come to our center are due to flood damage, and some are due to sewage overflow damage

Původně jsem chtěla napsat jak se málo usmivas, ale ještě jsem neviděla nikoho kdo by se usmíval pri čištění koberce 😅. Jsi obdivuhodný a ještě máš v nabídce přes 1000 koberců různých druhů. I am seriously intrigued and wondering how a 150 year old carpet has tassles that seems to be like the ones we have in our homes? I've seem many old persian carpets not with these tassles. Just my thoughts. Good job guys.
I just don't get how these rugs get so soiled. It's like you pulled them out of a swamp or a bog, or perhaps a flooded building. It doesn't make sense, even for the most soiled, heavily used rugs, I think you need to tell us the background story behind these things.

I can't help thinking if your workshop floor had a section of a fine stainless steel mesh, with a hollow section underneath to catch the dirty water, it would result in the dirt not being trapped under the carpet when you wash it. No?

I'm waiting for the video of you starting cleaning carpets hanging vertical and not horizontal flat. So the dirt flows down, and away, not coming back to the carpet again and again. If your father teached you to clean this flat way, well you are his son, and it's not bad to try new methods.
A lot of these companies will get the rugs from dumpsters, flooded homes, etc. They will clean them and donate or sell them. And yes it is possible for rugs to be this dirty.

I would day that dirty is dirty no matter hpw it got that way. I have been in many middle eastern homes where their carpets are very valuable. They are not dirty people!

Makes sense. All these rugs have the same brown color water that initially rushes out of the rug. And then … voila … u can see the dirty carpet.
Yes, there is no way a carpet gets this dirty through normal wear & tear, they must be soaking it in hot chocolate mix🤣
