Lady Jupiter I live in what’s considered a great part of a city and I live within a few blocks of my university and about a 6 minute drive to another. It’s a regular occurrence to hear gunshots or get alerts 1-3 times a week here. I’ve had to move my bed and pets cage away from the second story windows because it’s too much of a risk.

I think it's laughable how the world went nuts about how bad smoking is, which is only harming yourself and yet drinking causes so much more harm to everyone else. With regards to the interaction at 7:40, on the one hand, the guy was definitely being a dick and should have just handed over his ID. On the other hand, I think that while police officers shouldn't back down, back away, turn their backs, kneel, etc., they should really try to stay away from this 'never back down macho mentality'. It leads to escalation that could easily be avoided. She didn't have to say, "get out of my face". That's asking for escalation. She could have asked him to please take a step back, and then if he didn't comply, she could take action. But immediately being confrontational? It just isn't helpful. Most people with common sense would know that. I don't understand why police officers sometimes have a difficult time with it.
Disgusting & selfish youth that Life Guards had to RISK their LIVES to SAVE. ALL Rescued people should be FINED when any sort of rescue is required resulting from their selfish STUPIDITY.
