I have the titanium, carbon, and the green INOX model. The strap is amazing the paracord doesn’t come undone at all
It's a really cool watch for sure.
Awesome vidd!
Thank you!
Look, I don't know, maybe the whole Carbon thing is what jacks up the price on this watch... but with a $950 price tag... I would expect the seconds hand to be spot on on EVERY marker! Yet, for about 1/4 or 2/3 of its revolution, it hits completely off the markers.
Not certain if this is a shortcoming from the movement, or Victorinox' fabrication process lacks refinement... for $950. I expect way more!
What would you say your wrist size is? Sorry i am late to thid inox party.
Good video. I think its very cool, very military and durable, but $950???? What are they smoking?!!

Philip Janes not the carbon version but there's a ton of really good deals on that website for similar items. Even ones with the Paracord if you look around
This version is not antimagnetic?
Carbon composite... not metallic, not magnetic.
Quartz watches are not effected by magnets anyway
Congratulations Sir. 5K subscribers! I'm sure I will congratulate you on the 500K subscribers soon! Great job my friend. Cheers 👍🏻
Thank you sir! I haven't seen you around lately, where ya been?
They probably even market it for fitting an 8 inch wrist. So many companies fail on this point. Id bet the rubber strap buckles close to the edge of the wrist on the last two holes and pulls the watch out to the edge of your wrist, and there's no longer option. Its like the watch companies themselves have lost touch with how straps work. Then don't get me started on the subsecond cosmetic indices that aren't supported by the movement, and wouldn't have a purpose even if they were since its not a stopwatch. Cosmetic-only trash in the dial is a no go with me. And the NSEW on the bumper? If it doesn't rotate, what am I supposed to do with that? Expensive kids watch..
Traveling a lot for work lately. I just added a Hamilton Khaki 42 ml to the collection. Man a great American heritage watch. I love it.
What do you do? International man of mystery I presume?...lol.
Its your hand thats big
Yeah they are huge :)
I like the concept and aesthetics very much but... Victorinox staff obviously don't know people who prefer "tacticool" watches instead dress or high-end divers usually can't afford 900 bucks for just a tool watch and if they can, don't want to spend that amount considering they usually are preppers with a lot of gear on sight.
Nothing wrong with a quartz movement because it can resist a lot more of vibrations and hits than an automatic or manual winding mechanical but at that price there is no doubt it is a marketing failure right since the moment it was designed. On the other side, it could be a good investiment (risky, though) because very few will be sold and collectors will struggle for them in some years.
If I had the money now I would buy it with rubber strap... I'm sick of cheap disposable Casio...
can i have the watch?..... i do like it XD
Sure, you can have it for $950.00 :)
+MAVERICK WATCH REVIEWS you can buy it on the bay for around $500
I am a Sr. Manager in a Bank 😀
Ahhh....so you literally have "banker's hours"...lol.
Carbon 🤣🤣🤣🤣 A fool and his money are easily parted.
swiss made doesnt mean a damb thng seikos are japan made AND THERE BETTER
Sorry Vic, you couldn't be more wrong but I suspect you already know this :)
amen brother! Credor if they want to get crazy, grand seiko will beat rolex and regular seiko to take care of the rest.
They’re
can't figure out this company's philosophy....high prices and low appeal....IMHO
I hate to say this but I sort of agree with you. These watches are VERY well made but there are SO MANY better looking watches out there that are less expensive and very well made as well. For instance Seiko right now is KILLING IT with their Prospex line and Citizen is doing the same with their Satellite Wave and Promaster lines. But with all of that said, Victorinox is still a great first foray into Swiss watches.
I understand them. I need something tough and sturdy and durable. Aesthetic is secondary.
nope, good video, but that watch is way way over priced.
Nope what? And I agree about it being expensive.
It’s $600 new now so that’s a plus
