With all these potential issues with new construction is it even worth it anymore??? Well I guess that depends on you!!! We still love New construction homes.
I buy new cars but I don't think I'd ever buy a new home. Old homes (assuming it's 40+ years old) have settled and usually any major structural issues would've shown up by now. I've seen enough horrible construction of new homes on social media to know to avoid them unless I somehow can afford a custom home with top-tier subs working on it.
Those are valid points. Older homes have their share of problems, too, though. At the end of the day, it is really a personal choice, and everybody has their own reasons. Thanks for watching and commenting.
