May I ask if the pujari in the Osiya mata temple is a Jain or Hindu pujari? As the rituals will accordingly be different. And who (pujari, caretakers etc.) takes care of the Mahavir Swami temple if there are no Jains in the village? Is that temple located at the original Osiya mata temple spot, with the Mata temple been shifted to the hills? Is that what you meant? I got that from the video but I wasn't sure..
Pujaris in ALL jain temples are all Hindus. It is another strange thing. So, in Osiya all the pujaris will be Hindu only. There is no Jain Pujari - that category doesn't exist. Location of the temple: osiya maata's temple is the original temple where it was from before. On the hill. It is over 2500 years old. The jain temple is below the hill at one place... Maybe it is the place where the cow kept putting milk in the soil. But I don't know if it's the same place or if they changed that place.
Oshiya ma is not converted,,,,,no diety or ma can be converted,,,,,,as this oshiyaji had very old pratimaji of mahaveer swami,,,,and in temple sacrifices of innocent we call bali was given,,,,,jain is against violence to any creature,,,,,,jain muni pleased mataji ,,,not to accept sacrifices,,,,,and assuring that all.
