Namaste, yes I did keep the lamp with ghee for a while.. since it was summer, it didn't freeze also. That was good. I used Amul Cow Ghee. Yes, I too was unsure which Ghee to use... Even Amul itself has multiple brands with unclear differences. I watched @fituber's Ghee video.. that is useful. For the best quality ghee, which is also v expensive... You can go for Isha life... But other wise any bilona method cow ghee should be fine, assuming you have the budget for it :) Other wise I think any like Amul, Patanjali, Sri Sri is fine. They won't be the totally traditional ghee .. but the world has changed.. and it is v expensive for anyone to supply truly trad, pure ghee in my opinion. So, we go with best affordable. Anyway, I am now back to using gingelly oil, I found it easier..

I think we should consider that all tirthankars were naked.. so Digambar. Because even in Shwetambar mandirs, never seen a tirthankar murti with any clothing. But that is not the case of the monks and gandhars (tirthankar monks). Like Gautam Swami's idol will have clothing. So, the difference of opinion is with regards instructions for the monks afaik

Mahavir had no sense of body hence with or without clothes was and the same for him. That is the state that is aspired for. We call as separate religion now but the practices are probably from practitioners of certain sadhana.

What separate religion? I didn't understand that part...

@@InSpirituality I mean Jainism is considered as separate religion now but probably just Hindus started following the ascetic and sadhana path laid by Tirthankars so gradually it became considered as separate religion

Aa yogi purush themselves face so much difficulties in life. Their beauty is in the way they go through hard times. Did you know dada bhagwan's very young child had died? So, their teachings also help us go through whatever comes in life. They are not trying to stop difficult times... They are always sending positive wishes for us to go through the tough times as best as possible... But they will rarely effect the harsh conditions... 🙏

I am also curious about Kashmir Saivism now that Bhairava is a big component of it... It seems that at one point Bhairava Upasana was at its peak there but then it had declined. One comment I heard is that they became more intellectual and stopped doing the Bhairava Upasana...

Hello... Yes, so firstly this video talks about putting thai mann very early in the morning if I remember correctly. That made it much colder. But ya ... Actually, it is true that by the time August came, a very cool wind used to flow in my house from a specific direction. But unfortunately, 2 yrs back.. this totally stopped. This was the time it started getting too hot everywhere and everyone started complaining abt weather change. I think the wind patterns changed. So, maybe this yr also that cool wind has stopped... So, my old neighbour was saying it is v hot currently. Nowadays, v tough to say about the weather patterns.
