Listening to Matt and Courtney (and Jimmy) talk about Jomboy Media inner workings and plans reveals why your company has been so successful and will continue to grow. Courtney may be nervous on the inside, but she's always so poised and excellent on camera, when we get to see her. VERY excited about this warehouse news. I am always interested in what working at JM and not being "known" by the audience is like for the new wave of employees. Formerly, when the company was smaller, most fans could identify every single employee simply because they were all on camera at some point, even just by chance, but there's a whole group who do not fall into that category. They work at JM but we never hear of them, or some of us hear their names but never get to meet them. I wonder if there's a delineation line between the "new crew" and old.
For the warehouse in BIP it seemed that Peter and Luke both suffered leg injuries and the team decided that they could only do what thier best at for the same injury Luke hit and Peter bowl so could there be a solution that do everything or nothing Could you also on this channel play best of Jimmy in the mic at the WC
Bigger warehouse and maybe hardwood floor over cement is the solution. Idk if they have the budget, maybe the cricket gig allows Jimmy to build a bigger house
Question for Matty: which O'Brien brother would you build a sports franchise around? Seems like Luke is more athletic, but Jimmy has better strategy/game IQ

Matty, I hope this isn't too invasive, but I've always wondered what your academic and/or employment background is and how you found your way to JM? I only ask because I'm 46 and attended a university for two years, but stupidly decided that the being a ski bum, following Phish around the country, and just generally behaving like a knucklehead was much more fun than class. Twenty-eight years later I'm sitting here with virtually no practical business skills, kicking myself whenever jobs at JM open up. I'm endlessly fascinated by Morning Meeting and often wish I could turn back the clock . . . although those killer powder days and incredible nights at shows *were* pretty friggin great. Courtney, you are awesome! This was very insightful. I think the main reason I bailed on school was that I couldn't picture myself working in a stuffy office where someone *couldn't* bring their child to the office. The JM team seems like they know how to work hard, but still enjoy the hell outta life as well. I love it. Thanks, gang. ✌️

In BB4 Jimmy had said a major goal of the edits was to get to the first pitch underway as soon as possible but for BIP2 it seems like the first pitch isn’t coming up for 90+ seconds with the coin flips and all… was this on purpose?

Are there plans to expand the media to cover more markets/divisions? I love the content that's being produced, but I often feel that the central divisions are left uncovered besides the occasional "props to whomever".
