Be sure to close down your biz license or you will have to comply with this new law, it shows up on Tn.gov for us here in Tn.

It shows on the Tennessee biz license page now, you can check your state but pretty sure it's all 50 states, now we know why they hired so many IRS agents...

Well we are a sole proprietorship and we do not fall under that criteria. We used to have an LLC that's been closed so it looks like luckily we don't have to abide by that. But thanks for the great information sorry about your situation because it made me get on the stick and look this up and find out what was going on they definitely want to close the gates all the way around us I know that.
