- The UK government is considering bold measures to protect teachers from accusations of blasphemy and intimidation by religious groups over educational content. A new report commissioned by Lord Walney, the government's adviser on political violence, urges the Department for Education to issue statutory guidance to schools on managing blasphemy-related incidents. As Jack Rivington of the National Secular Society stated, "The Walney report's focus on the threats and intimidation faced by UK schools in relation to blasphemy accusations is welcome, as is its recommendation for greater protections for teachers." The proposals aim to prevent schools from automatically suspending accused teachers, stop requiring parental consultations on potentially offensive material, and shield educators' identities during controversies. The move follows high-profile cases like the Batley Grammar School incident, where a teacher received death threats for showing a cartoon of the Prophet Muhammad. With teachers feeling "let down" by authorities, the report signals a firm stance against religious intimidation in the classroom and a commitment to upholding freedom of expression.

I was shocked that the mob outside Batley Grammar School were given an apology. It's a classic case of victim blaming. We have a culture which is not respected by some of the people who move here. Aren't they supposed to respect our culture, not bring theirs here?
It's completely unbearable. We are faced with the same kind of behavior here in France. Let us not give up in the face of this entryism.
It's not just people who move here. Plenty of second generation will be indoctrinated by their family and community to understand that Islam comes before everything else. If you watch videos of various protests then you'll hear that a lot have UK accents.
Migrants who adhere to their islamist world view must be deported back to where they came from. If they come to the west they must respect the western values and laws. Furthermore, the host countries must stop bowing down to migrants, especially muslims whose demands never end until they've established a new islamist country and driven all the other denominations out. It is high time to say NO to everything islam!
The sad thing is that for personal safety someone has to even ask for mercy because regardless of the law they will face violence if outed for “blasphemy “ to the public. The people that expose the identities and claim the “offense” by them know that this will happen to the accused, being entirely complicit.

Unfortunately the hate is intrinsic to the belief system. Even laws won’t stop it. It will have to be tackled over a generation or more to stop this. It will take a lot of effort from the government and society. It will not be easy. People will have to face the reality that all belief systems are equally good.

Actually, the history-geography teacher Samuel Paty talked with students about what he would show on their next class and provided them with the opportunity to miss the class if they were to be offended by the prophet caricatures.
The class was to be about free speech & securalism in France (and the 1905 law : anyone is entitled to criticize/mock religion).
He was threatened by some families & on social media.
A female student pretended that she was forced to watch the caricatures although she did not show up in class that day.
As a result, a crazy young tchetchene decided to decapitate this brave teacher. He paid around 50€ to a couple of students to be able to spot the teacher outside the school & then attacked him 2 streets away from the entrance.
Since then, another teacher was slaughtered within a school where a young terrorist broke into « to kill a French Republican representative. The teacher was brave enough to oppose him in order to protect the students.
These are some of the brutal murders & tolerance towards Islamists that turned most of the French people to turn to the far right parties.
Today, we’re having the European elections and we expect conservatives to gain most of the votes.

Everything Armin said should be implemented globally. He is very intelligent and knows exactly what to do with schools in the UK. As he said, if parents are investigated and found to be teaching their children extremism, they should be punished and should not be allowed to have those children any longer. This would be a good example for others to take note of what will happen in the UK or anywhere else if you are found to be teaching your children to be extremists. The schools should not allow any religious objects to be associated with any religion. This would make the community much better and safer.

Wherever islam decides to go it is they who need to adapt to national and local laws… this includes any migration group from any country… pooping in the street and stealing pets killing and cooking them in the street will not be tolerated. Thanks to islam we have a fight between national politics the left and right not seen on this scale before… thankfully Nigel Farage is a stronger more competent politician who will become the opposition to labour who will steer changes for the better of the country. All is not lost for Britain and it has been a good thing to re-gain our nationalist pride… just need to remind the left of what really matters…

The United kingdom has fallen.
Almost 90% of UK young people (who normally are the ones who do the fighting) say they wouldn't fight even if the country was invaded by a hostile army. Besides, once most of your major cities are already "Superdiverse", which is PC speak for majority Islamic (or are near the brink of becoming that), how du you suppose people fight? Especially in a country like the UK, where people voluntarily allowed the government to disarm them completely (despite not being able to ensure public safety - Parliament itself was intimidated into changing hundreds of years of political/legal tradition to appease the islamists on behalf of the Labour Party, and voters will reward this by voting in Labour, the party that wants to introduce Islamic blasphemy laws and put the gender madness etc on steroids). The best the UK could do is slow down the process, and warn others not to make the same mistakes (but instead, the coming Labour government will condemn other governments who try to solve this problem in any way other than appeasement.
This is what happens when the younger generation is raised by a tablet over human beings, put indoors outside of private lessons and schools, and introduced to politics through social media and likes alone. I blame their parents but here we are, a new generation of appeasers.

Actually...it is a form of SHIRK to BELIEVE that a PICTURE can be an image of Muhammad...everyone knows that no images pertaining to the likeness of Muhammad were ever made, let alone any images of his likeness being canonised (somewhat like Jesus) from scripture...its clearly disingenuous of Muslims to claim BLASPHEMY by unbelievers when it is THEY that are actually making the claim that ANY said image might be Muhammad.

Maybe there should be a law against participating in protests falsely, like for money or because you are instructed to by an organization, if the person does not know the issues and situation.
