I just tried the 2 step crackle, I didn’t heat it with my heat gun. Maybe that’s why I didn’t get that great of a crackle !! Thank you for another awesome video!!!
I’m so excited to see this as the one step mosaic crackles from the 90s are very difficult to find! I’ve crackled for decades and the mosaics are my fav!!! Can’t wait to get this! See u on Etsy!
Crackle is back! I always loved that trend in the 90's but never tried it. Also, I love the music...makes me feel like I'm in a scene from a good Columbo episode...where he interrupts a dinner party to talk to the host/murderer! lol Much love from Nova Scotia!
These are awesome! I want to do a huge 30" dot mandala and want to do a clear crackle top coat...what could I use over it to achieve the texture but keep it transparent?
I’m thinking you could use either fine line or classic crackle. Both are transparent two step products. ruclips.net/video/UOrKsPpjeTU/видео.htmlsi=cK0LdmrzErQLlv1F
That looks really great! I just tried the same pentart one part crackle, but it doesn't work. Now trying to figure it out. Maybe the problem is that I use panting brushes...
@@ellenjgoods I use acrylic painting. I keep trying and looks better now. I think the problem was too liquid paint. I try not to use water at all, and now works better. ) Thank you very much for the demonstration. ♥
I love the look of this! I do have a couple of questions though. I’ve always heard if you use the 2 step Pentart crackle, especially over a decoupage image you must use a solvent based sealer over it. Is this right & if it is, can you recommend a good one? Thanks so much for your help, Lynne! ❤️❤️
Hi Roxanne. I did a video showing both 2 step crackles. There are 2 different ones. Fine line needs a solvent based finish. I use Rustoleum clear gloss spray.
Thank you! Your videos are so helpful.
Very helpful video Lynne. I’ll be placing my order soon.
I’m so glad you found it helpful, Lisa! Thank you always for continuing to watch! 💓

Hey Arlinda! AKA Calin! Thanks for checking in! This is awesome stuff .

Hey Patty. Keep in mind that with the two step fine line crackle, it's hard to see the cracks until you fill them with powder pigment or wax.
Wow 🤩 love all that crackle ! Looks beautiful!
Such a great finish! Thanks Karen!
Really cool finish! Gonna have to try it myself!
It is! I love how you can get a few different looks. Thanks Lorrie!
Thanks!
Thank you!
