- By the end of this video, I have axel, wheel, and engine mounts completed with front forks on the mini bike. Aside from getting controls and handlebars, a seat, and bolting everything up, the mini bike is nearing completion. While I did improvise or change many of the ordinal measurements, here are the files I used: drive.google.c...
i really like the square stock frame it sort of changes the appearance to give it that full custom look and not another store bought frame looking foward to finding out how it rides the rolling chassis is sharp good choice on the bars too
Craig Monteforte Thanks you!
I had thought of using square stoct also, no tube bender! but thw square tube looks greatand I like it!!
Thank you!
Great job man liked the video 👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks!
Awesome video !! Keep it up
Thank you!
I really like your build, using square tubing and straight lines you don't need a bender. could you share measurement plans thanks
Great vid keep it up man👍👍
Arlene N Thank you!
You have quite the wobble in the rear wheel.
Richard Hatt I have since rebuild the rear wheel and believe it’s fixed, but thanks for the pointer.
Great vidio ,keep spirit brooo..im from Indonesian
Ferdianto Bogar Thanks, very cool to know!
Great video
Lomsome's Garage Thanks!
What size pipe on the front forks did use if you don’t mind me asking
Sucks I just found the channel I think your a hell of a person
How heavy is the frame? I was planning on doing the same with square stock but it looks really heavy.
Richard Hatt I have not weighed it, but I don’t think it’s too bad for square stock, still kinda heavy though.
The frame is well enough for two grown people to sit on it. Look at the vintage mini bike frames as they are much smaller. I'm building a similar mini bike right now with the same profiles as in this video. But I made the backend of the frame just 90degrees instead of a slight angle to fit a 15l generator tank haha because that's what I had laying around.
@@Annatar0 That's very cool; I do agree it is quite large for a mini bike.
@@gkgt5226 It all depends on how you'd want it to look, personally I like the look of a square frame rather than the round typical bike frame.
Where do u get ur metal?
What are the dimensians of the minibike frame
where did u get ur wheels from?
The front one is from harbor freight, and the rear is from an old min bike.
@@gkgt5226 thank u for the reply other thing im wondering is how long is ur rear axle? cuz I want to make 1 but dont really know how long the axle needs to be.
@@abduliippa2931 I'll have to go measure it. I'll drop a reply when I do.
@@abduliippa2931 Mine is about 10.5 inches, close to the width of the frame.
