They lost one of their biggest mobility spells in the form of Skyreach(tiger palm had like 8y teleport with no CD when specd in that talent).In 3s they are weaker but they feel okaish in "A tier" if you want to see how it favors in terms of tiers.Arguably one of the best duelers so in these 1v1s especially Versus some of the players that have never played WoW or Retail it just dumpsters so easily. I think its sort of a balance spec but this isnt even with PvP gear or the right stats i guess.
I can't wait for all the new players that watched Trill in this video make monks just to get absolutely deleted on sight because they aren't Mr. World of Warcraft lol

Blizzard marketing is so stupid bro. They saw the Mak’Gora tournament go nuclear and wanted to re-create it without understanding the whole appeal was it was TO THE DEATH and on classic, which has infinitely better dueling gameplay. Why they wouldn’t choose battleground blitz war games for this format, their brand new game mode for casual competitive pvp, is beyond me. It would’ve been chaotic, they would all have been in voice, and the objective based gameplay is familiar for both viewers and players.
While i agree that Battle Blitz(just use the mode,but who knows they want it to be soloque so maybe thats why they didnt)would've been perfect showcase of the mode and work like a promotion for this new feature. Althou this whole event looks hella rushed,they couldve waited for people to get some PvP gear level and organize a better tournament or event in a sense. I dont know if Soda was solely responsible for the organization of the Event but i guess he just did the least possible for the time they wanted it in. The Mak'Gora was a whole different beast with almost perfect organization actually had some stakes and they had to level beforehand it was one of the best Events they ever did it requires way more prep than this which was threw in a few hours with a slight sprinkle of RP,having decorated trainers as coaches,streamers meshed in and some people who probably never played Retail or did very little especially the PvP part. I also dont think they can replicate anything as good as the Mak'Gora event(im not a classic andy if you think im hyping it too much,i do play pvp on retail aswell and its just another game itself even when the game was very limited all the consumables,trinkets and things they used made it more refreshing of that old classic style).
