That's always been his playstyle, except when his playstyle was actually effective in cata/MoP where every skillcap was highest for every class, he was able to do damage at least, until this xpac in the vid being WoD utterly gimped feral's sustained damage via bleeds. This was also early WoD, so Chance was likely still readjusting to how feral got reworked as he was still used to the MoP playstyle. MoP feral was about bleed management and then doing big dmg. WoD feral was just about brainlessly killing the target with just shreds & bites during the big burst CD window otherwise its gg. Lol didn't even need to manage Savage Roar either as they were given a glyph for roar to be refreshed to its full duration whenever they rake from stealth, which would count for every Rake during their Incarnation lol. So Chance had to go from a more complex playstyle during MoP of managing bleeds, when to time the kill, all the while needing to survive... To simply just going in with raw damage CDs to kill the target. As in, he was using his brain too much. WoD legit required to not use your brain cuz of how badly skillcap got nerfed. Eventually Chance understood it though, as I said earlier this was early WoD and he prob didnt adjust til later in s2 or 3 cuz I know he quit for some time in between.
@@plague6174 talk about not knowing a thing. He uaed to do that because back then yous just bleed and kite reset bleed and win. Bleeds were progresively nerfed to push a more active playstyle for feral. No conplexity at all feral had insine offhealing until wod so bleed and run was all you needes to so. When legion bfa and sl came out feral had way morw upfront damage than bleed pressure.
