For wildlife photography, often photos are high ISO due to low light and fast shutter speed. Exposing to the right helps when the high ISO photo is denoised in post.

Did you get the ice storm with your dab of snow? Here in mexico mo we got 5 in first round and another 3 in last night. I grew up in the St. JAMES area and remember deep snows back in the day.

Thanks for sharing your technique. I don't use Lightroom but Luminar Neo. I am not that professional - my wife uses ON1 Photo Editor.
