Ingredients:
3 cups malagkit na bigas ( glutinous rice )
3 cups water ( for cooking malagkit rice )
2 cups coconut milk ( I used canned coconut milk )
1 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp ube food color ( purple food color )
For Latik Toppings:
1 1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/4 cup dark brown sugar ( adjust as needed )
