  • No Oven, No Fail, Bibingkang Malagkit | Mix N Cook
    Good day! Today, we're going to make another detailed video tutorial of a yummy Filipino rice cake recipe that is called Bibingkang Malagkit. We have made other versions of this dessert, but this time, we wouldn't need an oven to accomplish our goal. Plus, it's no fail! Enjoy!
    Ingredients:
    1 kilo or 5 cups glutinous rice
    4 cups or 1 liter water for rice
    1 1/2 cups or 375 ml coconut milk or (1 cup water and 1/2 cup coconut cream)
    1/2 cup or 91 g white sugar
    1/4 tsp. or 1 g salt
    For Latik Sauce:
    3 cups or 720 ml coconut cream
    1 1/2 cups or 375 ml coconut milk
    1 1/2 cups or 300 g packed brown sugar

    2023 11 first time kong napanood, sa dami dami ng nakikitang gumagawa ito yung napili ko. mahilig kc akong magluto. konting adjust lang at coconut can lang meron dito.ng maluto nagustuhan ng mag ama ko, at nung binigyan namin. salamat sa pag share ng video nyo po. God bless

    Yummy galing talaga ni mamilabs lahat pedeng gawin kahit walang oven,ask ko lang po ilang minutes patong sa ibabaw Nung may baga po sa toppings? Salamat more video pa po at para paraan

      Depende pa rin po kase sa lakas ng uling na gamit nasa 40-50 minutes po kung di masyadong malakas, need po paypay paypayan para mas bumaga
