I switched from one drug store brand to another that is crueltry free. I prefer the switched items. I feel better about it too. Stop using our animal friends to test on.

Yeah do the Aldi skin care! I use them and love them!! I use their face wash, vitamin c hot cloth cleanser, healthy glow toners (3), their gycolic face pads and the pink clay face mask. Most of them are dupes for high end products. I love them!!
Yes, i mentioned it on your last vid, the caviar Aldi creme is supposed to be a rip off of a £200 one, and people are switching to it.
Its great, i use the day and night creme, and the serum in the red bottle.
I got my sister some for her 40th, she loves it and recommends it to people too.

I've been using it since it came out&even hv my hubby using it as an aftershave cream. They're so good. He ALWAYS got irritation very sensitive&no mens aftershave creams worked til we went to Amsterdam&i forgot his stuff so he used my Clinique dramatically different &his skin was perfect & it didn't sting then I switched to the caviar Lacura &he actually prefers it (he's definitely not a guy that uses "products"ever but this he loves for aftershaves ). for €8.99 it'll last at least 2 months. (&the spf bonus)
I live in Australia, and i don't think you'd find ANY La Prairie product for under £200 either. (around $350 aud). The caviar luxe cream is selling for over $1,000. 😮
£180+ is disgusting. Even if I was a millionaire I'd probably mix my own using UD or Fenty or the mid to high end stuff rather than pay that.

I have a hack for you
If you have some cheap powder blush that doesn't show up well or powder highlight that is a bit chunky put them on straight onto foundation and do your normal powder after to blend and tome down. Trust me its make the blush and highlight go on like butter and even the cheap chalky ones will show up well AND it looks more like your skin is actually blushed. I just started doing it and it's my new favourite hack. X

Both of the Aldi Lacura day cream and night cream moisturisers are brilliant! I’ve also used the green face scrub and that feels nice too ♥️

I've used the Aldi's skincare for about 12 months, before changing to 'The Ordinary' products.
For the price? You can't beat them. I used everything, from cleanser, eye creams, night and day creams, oils and even the neck cream. The ONLY complaint I have is that some products are quite scented, a perfumy scent? A little too much. Especially the night neck cream.
But eyerything else was AMAZING!
They have a range for 50+ too, and a mature skin, as well as a standard and sensitive variety.
I also still use their sunblock. Every day. (I live in Australia)
Well worth trying. _Very_ good quality for tge price. Actually, very good quality full stop!
I only stopped using the whole syatem because the local Aldi's never seemed to have them when I needed a restock, often had to wait a week or two. Very popular! I also have had my skin change recently, being 40, and I started getting much more dry in patches and oily in others. I had to mix and match too much and I found the Ordinary better variety and quality for my needs.
But i still reccomend Aldi skincare to friends, especially if you're very budget conscious.

From what I've read, it isn't legal action that has taken products away- though the packaging similarities are hilariously intentional. They put products out as "Limited Edition" selections, so once they're sold out, that's it. Probably a slick way to avoid copyright infringement!😹
I love the Hoola Dupes, of course the savings on the foundation, and actually loved the Naked Heat Dupe despite the effort. "They're Real' is one of my favorite mascaras along with Thrive Causemetics Lash Extentions Mascara, so I'm stoked they have anything close to that! What type of brushes do you prefer?
I'd love to see a skincare video!!😻 Their Hot Cloth Cleanser is supposed to be a great dupe for the Liz Earle and comes with a muslin cloth. Also they have a dupe of Pixi Glow tonic. Also, they have dupes of Jo Malone candles which smell sooo heavenly and are usually $65 US. I wonder if they can pull these iconic products off? Seems they might.👍
I'm located in the US and pray they have atleast a bit of a selection to choose from. For whatever reason, it seems they do or did not carry skincare or cosmetics here for some time. Hopefully, for my wallets sake, that's changed.😸

I use the Lacura Renew Q10 anti-wrinkle intensive serum but it is more of a lotion, I quite like it but it does have that traditional (old lady) scent which I quite like because it reminds me of my grandmother ☺️

We don't get any of those sort of aldi dupes in Aust unfortunately, but we get a lot of the skincare ones, because aldi copies a lot of Essano products that Aussies love

I've got the benefit bronzer dupe and the concealer and the mascara. I love them all. Have had the high end versions of all of them and in my opinion the mascara and bronzer are spot on but the concealer isn't. It's not crap though

Lipstick looks similar to Milani Color Statement Lipstick, Naturally Chic. It's not an expensive brand but looks a little like the Aldi brand.
For anyone who wants a dupe for Nars Orgasm Sleek Rose Gold is practically identical and it's like a 10th of the price maybe also the Kiko Green Me Blush in number 2 is similar in colour although it's slightly less pigmented

Great video loved it 👍 I always used hoola benefit but not anymore I've been using aldis last year now I much prefer it I get 4 for the price of 1 lol its fab & the highlighter, aldis have changed the packaging of the bronzer last time the box was even the same colour as hola benifit exact same, I got told there was a big fuss over it so this is way they've changed the boxes to black now... I rather the old 1 myself tho..

Hi steph recently new to your channel but absolutely glued to every video think your fab. Can you give me any advice please nearly all foundation I've tried goes cajey on my skin even when I've primed my face. Within a few hours all my make seems to come straight off. And I've spent hundreds on different brands I'm a ginger too so very fair skinned sometimes dry in winter but I preferred the glow look instead of a matt. Any advice??
