- Phillips Hong Kong was hosting a preview of upcoming pieces in the Geneva Watch Auction and we went on site to have a closer look at some of the heavy hitters. This particular auction is something quite special. Never before have so many important pieces come up to auction at the same time and as a result, it could be the most valuable watch auction of all time. It has been my understanding, however, that the Handwerkskunst's indices aren't actually applied but carved out of the originally flat and shiny dial. Which would make this watch just that much more impressive.

I understand the Duality's timing as shown on the single seconds hand is an average of the two independent escapements (using a differential) whereas it is the Resonance which actually couples the two escapements through resonance.

Yeah, I can’t believe they let him put his hands all over them before they go to auction.
He has a skin condition and he has apologized for it multiple times every single instance that there's a close up, because of judgemental people like you too, who would'nt even put themselves in front of the camera. Apreciate that you even can take a look at these, thank to this "guy". No way you would otherwise
