Ecstatic to be the first viewer of this video which was posted 36 seconds ago. This makes me top of the Jarrod Kimber power rankings.
Not having Shami is hurting GT in picking early wickets. They have tried different players like Yadav, Spencer, Omarzai and all have failed. Also Pandya moving to MI has ruined the team balance of 3 teams😅(RCB, MI, GT)
I just can't understand why they don't use wade instead of omarzai?
And this spin trio thing works only sometimes. No other team is playing with 3 spinners. And considering where Gujrat's batting is, it's suicidal to have this thin of batting line up

Omarzai isn't really batting much anyway and even when he has, he's not scored many runs. So they should replace him with Spencer Johnson, especially because of how expensive Mohit Sharma has been. He's clearly been figured out by batsmen compared to last season when his back of the hand slower balls, cutters and knuckleballs were more of a mystery.

This season has been more like a crazy rollercoaster ride

I have long been saying in my freind circle that Glen Phillips should be playing instead of Markram. The problem is that he too is a lower order hitter and I dont think the want to break up the Klassen Samad entry point thing.
This Sunrisers reminds me of 2009 Deccan Chargers. They'll barely make the playoffs, and go on a streak to win the tournament
But DC of 2009,had a stellar bowling attack and couple of batters doing the heavy lifting. I would say that they are more similar to SRH 2016-2018

@@koizu5324 Different pitch. Chennai is spin friendly. PBKS doesn't have a Boult, or Bumrah or a Cummins.
@@advitiayanand5974 And Punjab spinners were called terrible. Their pace is already good; the only thing bad was their opening and spin; in the last two games, they clicked, too. If they keep it consistent, it's an amazing team.

KKR is doing a number on stats nerds this season.. Jarrod et al can’t handle the fact that the stats simply couldn’t predict their wins. But that’s the beauty of the game, stats can’t do justice to human factors like motivation/ spirit etc.. which can help teams punch way above their weight in the short term.
Lol, maybe, just maybe, the fact that you nearly lost to the worst team in the league, and couldn't defend a massive total against the 2nd or 3rd worst team in the league has something to do with why you rank lower than what you think you should be ranked. Let's see what KKR is made of now that you wont be playing at home for a while (you've played 6-7 matches in a row at Eden). After all, the playoffs arent in Kolkata where you can doctor pitches to your team's advantage.
I dunno what is it about Bengalis that make them have such inordinate arrogance before the dice have been rolled. I see this often in every facet of life from your lot.
Once again though, I definitely agree you guys deserve to be over CSK, I have no clue why Kimber keeps rating them so highly.

Bengolis tend to do better than most in almost every thing they do while maintaining a cool, calm & steady head. Not all but most.

the eden potch didn't help kkr this season...The loss against PBKS absolutely makes sense in this context .In 2nd innings of that match the pitch became flatter than a highway @CosmoOfTheKramers

I genuinely have no clue why CSK ends up so high on your ranking list, when they have been far far from being convincing enough to be a title contender. Curious if past IPL performances' bias is affecting your judgement for CSK.
Also we already have a KKR moaner in the comments barely 2 hours into the video being online. Eagerly waiting for the SRH moaner(s) to turn up. Two of the most annoying fanbases this season in the IPL, busy seeking validation from others rather than enjoying their cricket.
The only team apart from RR than can be said having a balanced team(atleast personnel wise) is CSK. However it will be interesting to see how they perform after Fizz leaves them. Their home dominance also helps ,so there is a bit of bias of past IPLs.
CSK have grossly underperformed compared to the team they are on paper. SRH and Kkr, on the other hand, have overperformed. It's very possible for an underperforming team to catch up and an overperforming team to slow down.
