The court/servants are also too scared to correct him for the fear of their own lives. The European/American teacher giving him wrong advice. I know that he was not a good husband or powerful emperor. But somehow I kinda pity him, because he has a chance to live just as another nobility at that time but was taken to be the puppet emperor for the power that wish not to stepped down in the age where he understand nothing and couldn't even tell the right and wrong only to left with the title he didn't choose himself and humiliation I don't know anything else but it's kinda sad

What were some of history's most infamous people thinking when they made the decisions they did... and so much more.
