What may be the reason for not getting full vision after ratina detachment surgery?
in 90% cases your eye will never be perfect after. Vision recovery depends on many factors like duration of Detachment and surgery. Mac on or mac off detachment, oil or gas, like that. Doctors can't tell you how much vision you will get. They can perform oct to check the status of macula but can't tell about vision

I am your regular listener . I had to take four injections in my eyes in 9 months from October2023. I took three eylea injections three times as per doctor's advice. Due to personal problems I could not go as per the fixed followup date for the fourth time, almost 20 days late. Before realizing anything, after 20-22 days the vision in the left eye was lost again. I immediately contacted the doctor.
He made the diagnosis : Left eye lpcv, Hemorrhage PED, Submacular bleed, Operative procedure: Left eye :INJ EYLEA+C3F8(0.3ml 100%) under TA.
My question is can there be bleeding after taking the injection or not?

सर पहले मैंने मोतियाबिंद का ऑपरेशनकरवाया था लगभग 2 महीने बाद मेरा पर्दा पीछे से उखड़ गया डॉक्टर ने बताया कि सर्जरी करना पड़ेगा उसके बाद मैं सर्जरी कराई सर्जरी कराने पता चला जो मेरा आगे का लेंस है वह भी है गया है तो उन्होंने आगे का लेंस भी हटा दिया है अब मेरी सर्जरी सक्सेसफुल हो गईहै लेकिन अभी आगे का लेंस लगाना बाकी है लेकिन अभी आगे क्लास लगाना बाकी यही तकआया था
