I’m pretty sure that, at 1:00, lizards see complete human color and also see ultraviolet light.
My favorite "Rugrats" episodes were those where Reptar played a major role or the plot related to him.
I blame reptar for my obsession with Godzilla as a kid.
This episode was an excuse to animate Reptar actually talking and I love it.

This episode used to make me laugh so hard as a kid, especially the part when Leo the actor freaks out when he sees the lizard. Tommy was expecting him to say "Hey you found my baby. Where did you find him?? Thank you so much for rescuing him for me". But much to Tommy's surprise, he screams

@@BrenTenkage They went out on the ice and basically 'met' Reptar, I'd call that pretty memorable. Still impressive though I because kids generally don't remember anything earlier than 3, but it's also extremely plausible that the story of this night got retold more than once by the other family members.

It would've been cool to see Tommy still loving the Reptar franchise openly during All Grown Up. Maybe even an episode about him exploring other kaiju media and fondly looking back at Reptar for introducing him to them.
Curse of Reptar; the tweens find an old Reptar-Doll that Spike buried in the backyard years ago. When Chuckie throws the doll away, he becomes convinced that the group is cursed, because they "removed Reptar from his grave."
Tommy chastises Chuckie throughout the episode, because the truth is, Chuckie wants to hold onto his childhood and not have to give Reptar up...which they eventually do.
The episode ends with Tommy sneaking outside to retrieve the Reptar doll, and bring him inside, showing that Tommy isn't ready to let-go either, and still has a fondness for Reptar.
"That's Reptar. He's a Tired Old Sewage Rat."
That's Tyrannosaurus Rex in baby dialect, for those unfamiliar.

You can tell Tommy really loves Reptar while the adults were falling asleep. Tommy and the others were wide awake enjoying the show for sure. The Reptar movie he peaked to watch in theater looked badass when Reptar was fighting the bird dinosaur. The adults were watching The Dummy Bears instead. Omg! Haha!!
