Good tips, but Do Not safety pin back of bra; there's strong & safe, clear plastic holders at the dollar for that. My friend was badly hurt by a safety pin; it becomes an accident waiting to happen. My friend's safety pin came loose & gave her 7 stab wounds before it could be safely removed. It can cause a hard-to-clean pierce would, become wedged into your bra, damage your bra, or literally need to be cut from your bra.
I wear a safety pin ( so you don't see my strapps with a tanktop) but I put the part where it comes lose and would stab me to the outer site... And what do you mean with clear plastic holders?
As a dancer, safety pins are never ever an option. I've been around people telling others to "just use a ssfety pin" on costumes, but I KNOW that they will come loose when you least expect it and it can be really scary. Never ever wear safetypins. use them for measuring when sewing, sure, but make sure to not leave them in when you put on the clothes.
CookieRobot 9 this hack was only for cosplaying girls with big boobs of course people are going to use it for other stuff but it’s a good hack if you wanna be super in cosplay the hack was not for trying to look pretty (sorry if I offended you that was not intent) but you are right I don’t recommend it because it can damage your boobs 😊

@Anya I think I know what you're talking about. It's basically a plastic square/rectangle with a couple little bits to pull the straps together, right? I have to use one with my bathing suit since the shoulder straps on it stretched out after a few uses.

I had to use the pantyliner technique for a job years ago. I was wearing a white blouse, and they unknowingly travelled from my armpits, to somewhere near my shoulderblades/back. I was wondering why people muttered about pantyliners and got awkwardly silent behind me when I was on my lunchbreak... I finally noticed at the end of the day, when changing out of my work clothes, that they could see them through the white blouse. I'm just imagining some guy about to leave for a con yelling to his wife "honey, did you use my panty liners again? You know I need those for my cosplay!!!"
It's pretty cool that the pushup bras gives the illusion of having a bigger bust size than normal. Also sweaty armpits while in cosplay at a con is definitely one of the things that cosplayers hate to experience but one of my options i do to prepare for that possible situation for cons is that i bring deodorant with me just in case especially because i hate when i sweat especially while in cosplay. Keep up the good work and you're currently still my favorite cosplayer.

Another tip for vinyl leather Put matte tape on the bottom of your sewing foot Scotch tape is what I use, and it replicates the effect of a “Teflon foot” a special sewing machine foot for “sticky” fabrics and works really well if you can’t get a hold of one
I liked the video, but the safety pin part is actually dangerous, one wrong move and you're stabbed with a 3 inch needle. you can buy bra holders at the drug store, or a dollar store, you can also use paper clips, the colorful ones! they're not strong but they're definitely safe!
If you cover the underside of your sewing foot with masking tape and cut out any tape that goes over the hole where the needle goes thru the foot, it works super well with patent leather, faux leather, vinyl and other fabrics that get stuck on metal. I broke my Teflon foot at the start of quarantine so I had to try the tape method, and it worked amazingly well!
For sweat, make little fabric circles, 2 layers of muslin with Very thin batting between works best. Sew tiny snaps to them and the arm pit of your costume. And for tops that can’t be washed easily, make a snap on lining out of 2 layers of cotton. Then just take them off and toss them in the wash. (It’s what they do at Disneyland)

For erasing markers off of duct tape, rubbing alcohol also works. Nail polish remover contains acetone, which can eat through plastic and enamel (and super glue - I recommend if you accidentally glue your fingers together!) Love these tips btw! :)

This popped up on my recommendation, I used to cosplay and may I say this is interesting. If I ever plan on cosplaying again, I'll probably use these tips. Thanks!
for sewing leather in general, traditionally you would use a little bit of oil (this way you dont have to worry about cleaning your foot later) and a plastic foot for extra smooth sewing :)
The saran wrap/duct tape trick can also be done with packing tape! Wrap the tape around yourself sticky side out, and then wrap again, this time sticky side in, covering up the sticky part. Cut yourself out and retape the cut. I've legitimately made mannequins of myself with this. Very helpful for sewing!
I am a starding cosplayer and wanted To ask that can i cosplay with out using make up? I don't really like to use make up, but i would like To cosplay 😊
When you jumped up from below-screen at the end you should have added like a “boing” 😂 It could be a funny running gag if you do it in every video lmao
Isopropyl alcohol takes marker off easily and It's not as risky about melting any plastics or color like nail polish remover. I've used hand sanitizer at work before when I used the wrong marker on a whiteboard but rubbing alcohol at home is the easiest.
I too need support but they still don't look anywhere like that. I guess it is also a difference in breast shapes and bras. I wear wired, non padded ones. Balconette Style. Every other style and they drop out :D

Wait I‘m a guy, why is this in my recommendations? I DON‘T EVEN DO COSPLAY! RUclips PLEASE
Well did you still end up watching?
@@munirahaziz6261 I definitely did. None of this has anything to do with me but she was fun to watch XD
Were Karolina Zebrowska and Micarah Tewers gateway channels for you too?
Because of boobies
it's a sign
This popped up on my recommendation, I used to cosplay and may I say this is interesting. If I ever plan on cosplaying again, I'll probably use these tips. Thanks!
I was having lunch while watching the scene where you sweat and god. WHY DID NOBODY WARN ME xD
for sewing leather in general, traditionally you would use a little bit of oil (this way you dont have to worry about cleaning your foot later) and a plastic foot for extra smooth sewing :)
"So the fourth tip are boobies" - *Stops playback, gets popcorn* - I am soooo sold...
i dont cosplay but as fashion student some of those tips are soooo useful, im dying

The saran wrap/duct tape trick can also be done with packing tape! Wrap the tape around yourself sticky side out, and then wrap again, this time sticky side in, covering up the sticky part. Cut yourself out and retape the cut. I've legitimately made mannequins of myself with this. Very helpful for sewing!
help my mom walked in at 0:36
It’s ok I’ll come to your funeral

these are all great tips and i love your humor! hope you keep posting videos!
damn there's a lot of method in this form of art......and plot
This was worth watching. It was on my home page and since I'm going to be cosplaying Princess Peach soon, this was very helpful. Thank you!
I am a starding cosplayer and wanted To ask that can i cosplay with out using make up? I don't really like to use make up, but i would like To cosplay 😊
for the duck tape one you can also just do one half and then double it, i find that helps keep it symmetrical
When you jumped up from below-screen at the end you should have added like a “boing” 😂 It could be a funny running gag if you do it in every video lmao
Not a bad idea ;)
Incredibly interesting video.
Keep it up. 😃
I don’t even have that much bras- 😭💀
Isopropyl alcohol takes marker off easily and It's not as risky about melting any plastics or color like nail polish remover. I've used hand sanitizer at work before when I used the wrong marker on a whiteboard but rubbing alcohol at home is the easiest.
1:56 that is cosplay for Yumeko Jabami 😑😁
GURRLLLLL
you just saved my life
I have F Cups and my boobs don't look like they do in Anime 🙄
That's just not how most natural big boobs look.
Right? Naturally bigger boobs mostly don't have that shadow/line whatever on the top.
Mines do but that's maybe because i always have to have suport, it hurts without it. So they kinda just got into that form
I too need support but they still don't look anywhere like that.
I guess it is also a difference in breast shapes and bras.
I wear wired, non padded ones.
Balconette Style. Every other style and they drop out :D
Wow, is almost like she'll be cosplaying an anime character that doesn't exist and doesn't need to have realistic proportions! How incredible!
No Shit! She's cosplaying an not existing 2D Person???
Someone could have told me sooner!
Damn the fifth tip can change my life. I'm gonna use that lifehack from no on. Thank you for this video!!!!!!!
