A lot of good info! I have Coffee Critic Episodes on my channel and I needed more info on how to better describe and taste all the coffee at the shops I visit.
In my experience it's also important to note that when you taste coffee it's good to let it rest after pouring the brew. The flavor changes as the temperature drops. You may find the bitterness decreases and the body changes. Also for me at least the first sip is the most bitter. Once the mouth gets coated the flavors open up on the second or third sip. Anyone else share this experience?
Interesting you mention the first sip experience. I feel it the same way, actually it takes me about three sips for the flavours to start develop in my mouth. The first sip is the most bitter one.
fantastic video! love your passion for coffee!
