Extremely well-done! I’m impressed with how much detail and how many features you were able to fit in without it feeling too cramped. The whole set is very lively and cozy.
I built this over the week, it's brilliant. These are two of my favourite sets Lego has done. I actually like the wall missing at the back. I can spin it around and see everything inside. I'm tired of not being able to see things in my modulars. 😂
Yes!!! I really enjoyed building it in its original version too!!! I do appreciate open back builds but it just wouldn’t fit in with the other modulars like that 🤣

It looks very good, well done! 😊👍 Now I feel dumb for not picking up the restaurant on double vip. But I do have the noodle shop, such a nice little set!
Absolutely spectacular 🤩 Please tell me you have instructions. I would pay for them so I can build it. Thank you for sharing. Please please make instructions.
Beautifully done, best version of these buildings combined. I have these on the list to do next and this is something I am going to think about combining them together
This is absolutely incredible! What a great video, I’ve fallen more and more in love with the build after seeing you so eloquently describe your thought process and share the details. AMAZING WORK!
Such wonderfull ideas. I especially enjoy the little garden and it's entrance. Maybe a small guardian lion statue next to the Restaurant would be cool??
Amazing.. I'm in the middle of doing something similar I have the main set built and two downtown noodle shops for the back part... on a 48x48 MILS... car parks at the back and the Money Tree set as a Planter box thing.. very inspirational... keen on Rebrickable instructions :)

I wanted to purchase the family reunion or ask it for my birthdays, but never heard of the noodle shop before. Is it the 3 in 1 creator set? And let's assume I don't have any. It's it more affordable to buy one of both and the parts you suggest in the part list on Google drive, or buy 2 or 3 creator sets and the smaller part list? By the way: thank you for all the questions you've answered so far on any platform 🙏🏼 You're an inspiration on any level
Thank you soooo much!!! Yes! The noodle shop is the creator 3 in 1 set! I would suggest doing a few tests on bricklink! Try out seeing how much parts with only the family reunion are and then testing out how much they are if you already have 1 or 2 noodle shop sets and then compare that with how much it would cost to currently buy a noodle shop set as it is discontinued! I think this should be super helpful to you as prices for parts and retired vary a lot depending on where you’re based. I really hope this helps, and if you have any other questions feel free to reach out! Again, thank you so much!!!
@@skyguy365 thank you!!! Unfortunately the Noodle shop is not listed in suggested sets. Just discovered your channel and I‘m glad I did! Congrats on the very well rounded build! It feels like that‘s exactly what I was looking for because I just ordered the reunion set, almost ordered two to make a modular but was not sure. AND I‘m still debating which alternate build to make out of 2 or 3 noodle shops. I think this is it! 🤩
I'm planing to moc this set but I want to make it a corner build with an extra floor. I do love how you used the past creator set and adding it with the bamboo festival from the year of the OX is a must.

Hey, love your moc! Can you tell me where you got your black storage cabinets with the plastic drawers for Lego storage? Looking to update our Lego containers! Thanks
Thank you so much!!! I looked up the piece for you on bricklink as I didn’t know the name either 🤣 it’s called “Minifigure, Utensil Tea Saucer with Hollow Stud”. Hope it helps!!! 🤩
Thank you sooo much!!! Well the noodle shop is I think made of two (or possibly a third one mainly for colored bricks) of the original set. I used a lot of bricks from one family reunion set plus a few extra medium nougat and sand green 1x1 bricks I had from PAB. I also used an old assembly square that I was parting out and then a few pieces from my inventory mainly for detail, the body of the build really comes from the three different sets previously mentioned! Great MOC! I especially like the interior of the second floor and I did not expect that window to function as a door on the third floor. Great design. It looks very balanced as well, I'd even say it looks better than the original family reunion set. I don't know if you've played CoD Black Ops 2 Zombies but the vibe reminds me of the buildings in Die Rise which I really enjoy.
Thank you soooo much!!! It really is high praise!!! I have not played this game but I am curious to see this building you speak of!!! I’ll look into it!!! 😁🎉
Absolutely love this build and would love to make it for myself, its increabible! However I'm not sure if you mentioned this in the video but, do you need 2 of the family reunion sets? or is it best buying one set and buying the remaining parts. I already have 2 of the noddle shops sets, are both needed too?
Thank you so much!!! So this build isn't really an alternate build. I was originally just building it for myself but later decided to make instructions so everyone else could enjoy it!!! The MOC is made from 1 family reunion set, 2 noodle shop sets, and then pieces from an Assembly Square as well as a few parts from my own collection for details. I think the best option would be to just keep the 1 family reunion set and 2 noodle shops and buy the rest of the bricks! I am very eager to get the instructions to this amazing combo build. I have one question, as it wasn't covered in the video, or I missed it. Is this MOC made from just the combination of both sets? Or will we need additional elements?
Thank you so much!!! This is definitely not an alternate build. I used bricks from an old assembly square, my parts collection, one restaurant set and three noodle shop sets. They are mostly however very common bricks and the bulk of the detail ones come with the restaurant set already!!!
Hi I was wondering if I could use this moc in a stop motion on youtube, I am not going to distribute the instructions rather Im going to buy the instructions and only use the moc in the video through buying the parts and wont show how to make it to others. Is that ok with you?

@@RAT.ROD.HEAVEN1313 thank you so much! I really appreciate it! Unfortunately I don’t currently have any other way of providing instructions, I’m really sorry
How much of it is pieces from the original sets and how much is parts from your inventory?! Gahhh this is a perfect combination of both sets! I must have it in my city. O_O
I hope it helps! I’ll be uploading instructions hopefully in the next week so seeing the parts list will make it easier to determine how many bricks you may need in the end! 😁
@@skyguy365 Awesome, hope you includes parts list :) That will make locating the elements not in the sets easier.
@@NickDavisAltworld Yes! For sure! Part list is always included with my instructions 🤩
Take my money for your instructions
🤣🤣🤣 thank you!!! LOL
Do you have instructions / part list just for the Noodle Shop part?
Sorry, I’m afraid I don’t. Just for the MOC as a whole.
@@skyguy365 thanks, thats a shame
Hi I was wondering if I could use this moc in a stop motion on youtube, I am not going to distribute the instructions rather Im going to buy the instructions and only use the moc in the video through buying the parts and wont show how to make it to others. Is that ok with you?
Hi! Yes, that is totally okay! You can go right ahead! Thank you for asking!
Does this set need extra parts as well as the 2 sets?
@@f.wiltshire5962 It does, there is a complete breakdown of what parts you’ll need in the rebrickable listing description! 😁👍
