Yes, you can create a text box. However, if the terms and conditions are long, it may look weird. You could also create a downloadable terms and conditions PDF.
Hi! Pensight doesn't charge transaction fees. However, Pensight uses Stripe to process payments. Stripe's transaction fee is about 2.9% + 30 cents of your product price.
It's up to you. Are you looking to get more traffic to your book on Amazon? Or do you want to sell your book directly to your customers? Personally, I would sell it directly this will allow your customers to get on your email list. Not sure if you can do that with Amazon🤔🤔
Do you lose customers when they find out they have to have a Pensight account to access your offers? Like, if I want to download an ebook, I just want it delivered to me inbox. I don't want to have to create an account to get a PDF. Now, if it were a course, that would be different as I'm not downloading hours of videos and other files like I would a simple singular PDF.
I haven't experienced customers having an issues with creating an account. For me personally I wouldn't focus on the customers who may not want to create and focus on the ones who created an account to get my PDF.
I cancelled my Pensight because I couldn't figure out how to add multiple downloads under one order. I tried to figure out how to add different products to a bundle. Can you help explain what I should have done?
The thumbnail is the cover image. I've contacted Stripe & they aren't banning digital products. They have a list of restricted businesses. If you have any questions, you can contact them.

IMO Pensight would be better. With Canva, you would need to link to 3rd party platforms outside of Canva.

It's hard to know without the ability to see what steps you took. Pensight does all multiple files under 1 listing.

Yes, your customer's name and email are saved. You can find their info under the Contacts section of your Pensight menu/dashboard.

You can add affiliate links to Pensight. You will add them as external links.

Not at this time. You can only use Stripe.

Yes. You will need to sign up with a different email account. If you have different IG accounts, sign up using the email you use for each IG account.
