I think Marco needs to understand that people already know Bobbi online for her “awkward” comedy niche & that’s what they’re expecting to see in person, too. So it wouldn’t make sense for her to switch up in person. They’re coming to see what the person they know and like from online. Marco was trying to fit her into something she’s not. Which is just a misunderstanding maybe. Or maybe he thought he could get her to step outside her box. Either way, I would’ve went into it not relying on her to be someone she’s not. I agree with Marco and he’s not placing the blame on Bobbi he says he wants people who spent their hard earned money to get a performance that will show their audience that they just don’t want their money. And also is saying that her awkwardness wouldn’t translate well in a live atmosphere because then he’ll feel like he’s the only one carrying the whole performance and having to make her open up on stage. The way he sees it is like a whole production and plenty of content for the viewers to be entertained and engaging and Bobby just wants to show up unprepared .

I went to the show in Las Vegas. He's not wrong and he's definitely not being petty about anything that he's saying here. Although the show took forever start, which was a little aggravating, when the guy who opened came out he actually had a really good standup set. By the time Marco and Bobbi came out, it appeared Bobbi probably had been doing a little anxiety drinking - she was very out of tune with the fact there was an audience there. And the majority of the audience was in fact there for her judging from applause. Marco did his best to engage the audience, ask funny questions, talk about the stereotypical white people/Black people stuff which was genuinely funny. But as they got about 30 minutes in or so it just became Bobbi staring at him saying "look at me Marco look at me!" Over and over again... to the point where I just got up and walked out. Full disclosure, I was comped by my casino host, I had a choice of 3 other concerts and I chose to see Funny Marco. This definitely should have been better planned out, but I'm sure it was a big learning experience. I look forward to what's coming next for you Marco!

Growing up my grandparents had a pool in their backyard. They stayed having Frogs, bats, horseflies, dragonflies, AND misquotes. From someone who only seen clips of them both. Weren't they both just very awkward people with dry humor? So why would you switch that up when you go on a tour? From building a fanbase with awkward humor to suddenly want both to switch it up? That's weird to me. He wasn't disrespectful in this video though but Bobbi her own story is that he ignores her a lot and just unfollows her and never speaks to her again until they suddenly bumped into each other and he wants to do a tour again? She even agrees that she's awkward and doesn't say much but that isn't only her character but she got social anxiety and is socially awkward. But then apparently did a bit more of what he wanted when she drank a little and then he praises her and then weeks later he cancels the tour and ignores her again? I don't know, it's a weird situation to me. You can only go off of what both are saying. He didn't trash talk her, she didn't really trash talk him. But both have the same story that he wants her to be more talkative and he wants to control how she does her own comedy.
Because her dry awkward humor doesn't translate well to live shows. There are people in the comments who were there that can confirm. Marco couldn't in his good conscience allow people to spend upwards of $200 a ticket to see a drunk girl sitting quietly in a chair for an hour plus.

From someone who only seen clips of them both. Weren't they both just very awkward people with dry humor? So why would you switch that up when you go on a tour? From building a fanbase with awkward humor to suddenly want both to switch it up? That's weird to me.
He wasn't disrespectful in this video though but Bobbi her own story is that he ignores her a lot and just unfollows her and never speaks to her again until they suddenly bumped into each other and he wants to do a tour again? She even agrees that she's awkward and doesn't say much but that isn't only her character but she got social anxiety and is socially awkward. But then apparently did a bit more of what he wanted when she drank a little and then he praises her and then weeks later he cancels the tour and ignores her again?

You can only go off of what both are saying. He didn't trash talk her, she didn't really trash talk him. But both have the same story that he wants her to be more talkative and he wants to control how she does her own comedy.
Because her dry awkward humor doesn't translate well to live shows. There are people in the comments who were there that can confirm. Marco couldn't in his good conscience allow people to spend upwards of $200 a ticket to see a drunk girl sitting quietly in a chair for an hour plus.
