Again, I'm not sure if the ports can be replicated on the block as per the sleeve so I partly agree with you.

Elaborate how 135CC is converted to 175CC. I am also having a RX135 2001 model catalytic silencer. The condition is same as these RX but fully unrestored apart from Chain kit and ball racer.
If you need to convert your 135 to 175 then you need to port the block which includes transfer ports exhaust port then need to do jetting and little more work in engine
