Tips to take care of 2 Stroke bikes: 1. Do not rev it to the moon after a cold start. let it sit there, warm up for 2 to 3 mins, and progressively rev it. 2. Always use the best quality premix oils. you can do a basic test about the oil quality yourself if you have a bench grinder and a test part. quality oil is a proven method to increase the top-end life. 3. Always do top-end maintenance frequently. The lower cc has lesser service interval times because of the high revving and torque. 4. when you rebuild or go inside bottom- end it's always wise to change a few other worn items although it's not needed so that the longevity of all parts is close enough. 5. When you do engine mods, do proper research rather than just slapping parts. this will save you from a headache big time in the future.

Both bikes in stock condition with 100% OE parts and prompt service. tested mileages several times and RX100 gives best mileage on highway as 33KMPL and RX135 gave as 38kmpl. If you get a a mileage of 39 on your RX100 it is really extra ordinary.
This is 2000 to 2002 model rx 135 which actually came with a catalytic converter silencer.. very easy to find the difference with catalytic converter model and stock steel silencer model.. look at the ear it has a different frame for holding headlight.. plus fork connector on the top has big nut.. check out

Sir i Have Kawasaki GTO 110cc a 2 stroke japanese bike little similar to your Bajaj Kb series. But Kawasaki GTO 110cc produce 15hp at 8000rpms. Sir mera question yeh hai k mein ne engine newly restored kiya hai but jab chalayen toh halki si whitsle sound ati hai engine se mera itna experience nahi hai 2 stroke mein but kuch log kehty hain Aapke bike ka engine achy se bana hai toh yeh sound piston cooling machanism ki hai Aapka kya kehna hai sir must reply..

If u have increased the mileage by carborator then this problem is fortunate.. Mine rx 100 gives mileage around 44 and same starting prblm is there ... So I u want to fix it simple go to your mechanic he will fix that!

I've put a 5speed gear box on my 1992model RX100 and that's runs excellent with exceptionally good pick up.

Whistle sound is the exact sound you want is a freshly rebuild engine.. especially in 2 stroke
