Hi thanks for the amazing video I have a similar case with left second premolar and I did exactly same .excavated Carie’s and fillled with GIC .But he got pain after that for two days .Does that mean my treatment failed . Thanks .Pl advise
Sorry for the delay in replying..RDT is something that has to be considered...1st of all inform the patient regarding the prognosis of tooth,if the patient is completly asymptomatic ,and if the tooth is vital,as a trial go for a restoration, but after that if patient develops pain,suggest RCT....most important thing is patient communication...
