- After finding designer Robin Bryant of Factor Design Build on Houzz, these homeowners asked her to create soft contemporary interiors that juxtapose the more traditional red-brick exterior of their Denver home. Bryant responded with organic modern materials like white oak cabinets, concrete-look countertops and a jaw-dropping focal point island with large slabs of Blue Marine quartzite. She also gave the home a few special moments of discovery. Hexagonal tiles inset in the wood flooring form a directional path from the front entry into a powder room and up the wall. And hidden doors in the primary bedroom open to reveal a private home office sanctuary.

Oh my that island top is divine
This house is ao beautiful! I love the colors! The kitchen was something else, i am in love with it! It's so airy, bright, spacious, wow!!!
Overall, the entire home was gorgeous. It was modern, yet contradicted the expectations of cold and minimal, presenting as warm and inviting. My favorite points of design were: the hexagonal tiles into the wood flooring and up the walls of the guest bathroom, the wallpaper selections, the headboard, the kitchen island, and I truly loved the countertops and vanities. If allowed, I would have selected everything the same. Great job, Mrs. Bryant. Hope your client have many enjoyable years in their home. Thanks for sharing, Rick.
Im flabbergasted at the BEAUTY of that island. OMG. 😊
Yeah, I love how Robin brought the design up to date!
