    Place looks great.. cannot wait to be there in Jan. Any idea how long does the gate towards the beach remain open at night? And if we can use the same gate to enter the complex?

      Hey, thanks for your comment. The beach gate is accessible all the time by using your room fob which releases the catch. The main gate opens up to Jomtien second road which is the entrance for vehicles. The beach gate is on the opposite side. I hope that helps a little.

    You rented the smallest unit ..they have three or 4 sizes of one bedrooms..two bedrooms are awesome size. They even have units with a small private pool attached to the unit. I just put a deposit on a large one bedroom for long term 4 month stay.

      Yes I don't argue the availability of these other rooms, my point was that it is not a cheap location, the price I referred to is for that tiny unit, so I dread to think how much the bigger units cost. I just don't think it's value for money. As I always point out, these are my own personal opinions and I totally respect any persons right to differ from my point of view. I hope you have a great stay, I'm sure you will, it is a great building with amazing swimming pools and views. Also thanks for taking the time to comment, it's great to hear what viewers have to say.

    Beautiful Place! Do they have any condos with a tub?

      Yes it' lovely for sure if very expensive. I'm not 100% sure but it does seem like a place that would have. Sorry I can't be more definite.

    Thailand condo law is less than 30 days it must have a hotel license, NOT less then 90 days. There is no way that apartment is 46 square meters, I'm in one that size and it is 30 square meters!

      Thanks for the clarification on that. I agree about the size, I got the information from their website although it did feel a lot smaller than their claims, now I know I was right, cheers for that. I appreciate your comment and support.

      Thanks for your comment, yes it's quite underrated and I think people don't realise there is more to it than its reputation. Happy to help where I can. Appreciate your support.

    It’s officially illegal to stay in a condo for less than 1 month. Some people have not been given access to the condo even though they’ve paid for it, for short stays. But hey this is Thailand, just be warned

      Yes you are correct but as you know people try to get around everything. Unlucky (and unfair) for people who don't know and book in good faith. It is why I made a point of it, I don't want people to get caught out by this. Thanks for your comment and support, much appreciated.

    I think the smallest condos there are 29 square meters or 312 square feet.

    • @PumpuyiPresents
      @PumpuyiPresents  7 месяцев назад +1

      Wow that really is tiny, I suspect that's what I think we had to be honest.

      Hahahaha, yes you could say that, it's fine for a brief visit but very small to actually live there. Having said that, it would suit some.

      I agree but it seems a lot of the new builds are now extremely small and extremely expensive comparative to others. Obviously still cheap by European standards but I would definitely say not great value for money. There are many great condos in Thailand at much more competitive prices. Stay tuned we will endeavour to review more in the future.
