I subscribed to audiotree, BBC Music, KCRW, KEXP, Pitchfork, Small pond and The current. If I see someone I like I put them on my list at songkick and get a message, when they're near me. Then I check again who they where and if the price fits I buy a ticket. People sometimes wonder why I go to concerts of bands I don't know. Cause it's interesting. I also never check the support acts, cause I wanna be surprised.
@@DaveMcIroy Great strategy! Unfortunately a lot of my favorites aren't too mainstream, and it results in me having to travel halfway around the world. I'll check your subs out.
@@David_Lo_Pan, I have around 150 artists on my list. ^^ I live near to and work in Berlin, so that helps. Pulp have reunited and I would pay quite some money to see them. I hope they get to Germany. Otherwise I might think of a short vacation to whatever is closest.

You can always rely on great stations like KEXP and BBC Radio 6 to bring to listeners attention talented musicians that we would never have known existed. This live set is another case in point: very beautiful songs. Thankyou KEXP.
WHAT! KEXP in Denmark! Great oportunity for Danish music. KEXP makes exceptional recordings with sublime livesound. So keep up the contact to this unique station from Seattle.
I love to see Rigmor getting the recognition they deserve, playing at Roskilde Festival this summer and now getting international fans through KEXP! Been a fan since that one night at VoxHall 😉 Ses på Gnisten! Hilsen, ham der digteren.

I'm unsure why the bass player does the heavy stuff when they have two guitar players. I'd much rather hear the overdriven tones coming from the second guitar player. The bassist gets annoying sometimes.
I like how KEXP helps me to discover bands from all around the world.

That bass tone is immense and yet somehow still sits between the two guitars perfectly

Great tones all around and really beautiful songs, but especially the bass. Perfectly warm, fuzzy tone. Chef's kiss.

I like her voice, I like the music and I like the juxtaposition between the two ☺️
