Thank you for posting this. I entered a cloistered Carmelite monastery 20 years ago and the entrance ceremony is still an amazing and wonderful memory for me. I can still vividly remember all of what occurred from when the door opened and the events of that amazing day. I also remember being on the other side of the door witnessing three others cross the threshold and all that means. Thank you for allowing me to witness her entrance and allowing me to remember mine. I pray for her vocation and discernment.
Fr. John Paul Mary thanks for sharing this beautiful video of Emily entering the cloistered life. It's very touching. I pray that she has the courage to live that life all through her life. I offer my prayers now at this moment sitting in my room in my house to all the consecrated men and women and to all priests all over the world that they may remain faithful to their call and the vows they had taken at the time of their entry into this life and also inspired by this video many youngsters come forward to offer themselves for the service of God and for humanity. May God bless you and your community
Thank you Father John Paul Mary for sharing this special moment. I regularly visit the Poor Clare nuns in the Palos Park cloister and find talking to the few nuns that come to the door so interesting. And a side note you are my favorite. Your homilies are so interesting. Bless you.
Praise God - ongoing prayers for increase in priests and nuns. Love the Cloisters - Thank you Father John Paul for such emotion in you during this information of new nun. I also became emotional.
Thank you Fr. John Paul. I have a cousin who became a Nun. It's nice to see the moment she would have entered the cloistered life. A beautiful moment in her life, I'm sure. ♥️✝️♥️
Thank you for allowing us to be with Emily and her family and the nuns as she entered the cloister . God bless her and all the nuns and friars. Your work is bringing all of us so much closer to God.
This made me cry, the beauty of Emily answering the call. God bless her and her family, all those who enter the religious life, and behind the cloister. I discerned when I was 20 to join the Benedictines, but after a time they turned me away. I don't know why, because to this day I feel called to religious life, at almost 65. God knows best. I am a single woman with a vocation to be single and serve the Lord. Emily will have such a happy adventure as she continues to discern her vocation. God bless her and all her sisters. Now if we can just find some young men to join the MFVAs!
Awesome gift of life and service to God...God bless Sr. Emily for answering God's call... Thank you Fr. John Paul for your coverage and wonderful explanation... To God be the glory 🙏
Hello Father John Paul Mary Thank you for sharing such a beautiful and wonderful experience for the new nun Emily giving her whole life to our Lord Jesus Christ ❤ It’s a big blessing and joy to be close to God and prayer 🙏 God bless Emily and her religious vocation ✝️📿🙏
It truly is an inspiration to devout our whole life to Almighty God. He is our everything and desire nothing more. Having God in our lives is having everything. He is the very reason for our human existence. It seems that we are in isolation but we are not because God lives in us.
Thank you Fr John Paul ❤what you shared about Emily’s discernment of the religious life is awe inspiring! It makes me more determined to hold on in asking our Lord to touch our son’s heart to come back to God, know how Great is His Mercy & Love to ask for forgiveness. Please help us dear Friars & Sisters in praying for our son John Thomas that he maybe given God’s grace to seek, know & come to love God as never before 😢
Father Paul thank you for sharing about Emily entering into the cloisters. God bless her and her family. How wonderful and blessed is Emily. God bless her family and how wonderful for them to have their daughter enter the convent and be so close to Jesus.
Thank you Father John Paul for sharing this wonderful experience of Sr Emily entering the cloister. And your wonderful explanation. I support and regularly visit the cloister in Palos Park, Illinois, the Poor Clare Monastery of the Immaculate Conception and have spoken to the Mother Abbess on occasion when making a donation or requesting prayers. The Cloister has about ten nuns. It is truly a beautiful life. And their prayers have super powers. Thank you again. Your communication's are always inspiring.
Thank you Fr. John Paul for sharing this, yes this is very touching, moving in the spirit! To say YES to the Lord! We were just there in December and had a very prayerful few days at the Shrine, so peaceful. Seeing the door while there was moving but to see the entrance of Emily, WOW. I found out I had lupus in 2017 and my life has change greatly, I have been in deep prayer for all these years, praying for sinner, conversion, and the sick as I gave the Lord all my suffering. I have come so much more closer to the Lord. My time at the Shrine was greatly so peaceful, like a healing has come to me, I prayed very hard and gave all to Jesus, Mary, St. Joseph and to Mother Angelica in the Lower Church. I will keep Emily and all of Nuns, with all of you Friaries, you'll have given so much to all the world each day with EWTN. I thank the Lord each day for all He has given and will bless each day. Praise be Jesus, Now and Forever! Rejoice in the Lord always, Rejoice. Jesus I trust in You! 🌹🙏🕊💕🕊🙏🌹
Thank you fr John Paul for sharing this rare video .May our Lord jesus, mother Mary and St joseph bless the new member of the family with good health and happiness and wisdom. LET US ALSO FOLLOW OUR VOCATION BEING THE LIGHT OF CHRIST WHERE EVER WE WORK.

I can imagine how her heart must’ve felt at that moment she knocked on that door. Wow, my heart is beating fast for her…..may she be protected under the holy mantle of Mother Mary! 🙏🏻❤️✝️🕊️
Thank you for the beautiful explanation of what happens when a woman enters the church to become a nun. It was beautiful and meaningful and educational. You brought me closer to God because I had always dreamed about serving God and my brothers and sisters. Thank you so very much!

This is something that I have never seen this--a new nun that is being entered--here Fr. John Paul Mary is telling me that this nun's ceremony is private . But a priest's ordination is held in front of alot of people and their families . This is the first time I have seen this video of a nun being entered
Fr. John Paul Mary Zeller, this is an interesting video that you showed me on how a nun is entered in to the nunnery What do you mean by when you say that a nun is being entered into religious life--does this pertain to a priest, bishop,or deacon
It’s like Ordination Total Commitment to Community Mother Angelica was more Public in her education Ministry Nice for others to see this Ordained Commitment to JESUS OF WOMEN DISCIPLES
I don't understand...can't comprehend how the Franciscan Missionaries of the Eternal Life struggle to get men into their order. You never show a new face in the process of formation...the House in Maryland was closed. Why are the friars so secretive and not more transparent...how can it be that an order that trives on TV messages...and programming etc...can't attract guys who would love to be friars and make a career out of spreading the spirit thru the word of God on TV. We have in Miami a religious order of nuns, which has exploded with sisters...postulates and novices in a few years. Then they decided to establish an order for males, and in two or three years, have already ordained two and have about 15 novitiates....THEY DON'T HAVE WHAT YOU HAVE. Explain this please....poor marketing...or poor Director of Vocations...It's just impossible...

Why was there so many negative comments referring to pope Francis by mother Angela and etwm
