The best Golden advice
Instead of just watching how to vids
Grab a guitar start working at basic,
finger picking pattern.Learn with 1/2
picking patterns then work your way to 3/4.
lateron Maybe some percussion ,tapping ...
keep Practicing, try to learn new thing evertime u pick your guitar.
Exactly!💪🏼
I'm here to find out what "basic finger pattern" is. To us who are starting out we need the very basics.
What i've always wanted was to find Waldo. And now I have! Thank you!

At 5:01 it went from level 1 to level 1000. As a beginner I find this illegal.
Thats exactly what I was thinking
That was outstanding. Thanks
Great teacher! Graet lesson! Thanks!
Your swiping technique sounds like a good new age blues rhythm , I like .
I love your guitar playing especially D Day is my favourite one and I think maton guitar is the best guitar in the world, the sound of its ap5 pickup is beautiful.

How to play d day please casper, that zong of yours really great
@Abhishek Chambyal Learn how to write proper covers first. That way you'll learn the methods of writing an original, only you're rewriting someone else's work. When you want to write an original, the first thing you have to decide, is what tune it'll be played in. After that, you can play around with some scales accordingly. I skipped a few steps in-between, but those are the basics. A lot of new-gen guitarists don't know nodes or scales because tabs are so used online, but you kinda have to know them to use this method. I don't know what Capser does, but this is what I've done. Hope it helps.
@Abhishek Chambyal An extra piece of advice: Feel free to make use of chords by using the tunes on the 6th and 5th string from the scales, and if you add a tune to the scale, it might improve the everything dramatically. Fx if you have an E in your scale, you can add tunes such as F, D, C and G on the same string.
Theres a lot of exercise finger.. This one is nice to practice.. Thank u so much
wow i love this lesson.thanks bro...........
this man is my hero.

Thank you, you are great!
It is great i got it in first play thanks legend for this knowledge love u young man 😘
Good Job, Casper!
Like the way teaching thanks!
Love the swipe exercise. wow. Had to slow video down to .25 to see what was happening.
So at 8:20 you are plucking A with thumb, pull up on open D and G, hammer on Em, pull up on D and G strings while holding Em chord, then swipe down on D and G strings again and then finally pull up on them.
Great lessons. I'll be working on that swipe.
Check out Mississippi hill country blues. Even alot of the delta guys. Player percussion on your guitar has always been popular.
Love it
Awesome cleared up so much for me..
Glad you could use it!
Really don’t think you talking to beginners.
U need to watch “how to play accoustic guitar” instead.
This is way too easy and really just an exercise for transitioning to fingerstyle
I used a thumbpick back in my days of youth when I played banjo and on my Alvarez Yairi 12 string acoustic guitar.

Would've saved me weeks of detective work
Blessed evening Casper. I am Gabriel from Ghana. I have enjoyed and learnt a lot from your video.I am absolute beginner and I would want you to be my coach.
You helped me alot thnx buddy
😱😱😱😱Sssuperr
A routine would be great. Realy like this video
You're really guided by the reliable guides I'm sure seeing your classic picking techniques! 🥲👌🏻
Also, it is really challenging even for someone who gave years of dedication in finger-styling but hardly does any exercises but more into playing songs directly 🫣🥴
New subscriber here🙌. Thank you sir.
@ 8:51
That little bit of Oomph you are talking about is called muffling. The vibration of the strings are muffled by palming over them at the bridge below the soundhole on the guitar body.
A great help sir
Thanks for sharing
Practice makes perfect
THIS! This is what I need! Thank you.
Bravissimo 👏 congratulations for the Tutorial! Where can I buy that pick you wear on your right finger?
You are amazing
Thanks bro
We need more lessons!!
your fingers are so first😍😍😍
Hi, I have a question concerning your first exercise with the strumming thumb. If I know the roots of my chords of choice than how I determine the rest of the picking strumming notes? I mean there were a difference between the strumming between your picking of chord E and chord C. So my question is where to find this pattern or how to learn it because I guess it's different for every chord right? Thanks for the tutorial I am gonna to practice it anyway.
wow wow wow
Soooooo nice
Off course he has my dream guitar 😂 maton TE personal !!

බොහොම ස්තුති !!!!!......ඔබතුමාට ....
I have a question on where the thumb should exactly be placed for the boom chick exercise (whether behind the neck or visible/on top) also how that can affect playing.
Hey Casper,
Thanks for sharing ur exercises
Would love to see the bum chick stuff what u did last in slow, because need to increase my speed in the bum chick stuff 😁
What I would love to know, how u figure out arrangements how u structure that. Like how u choose the cord and adjust ist to can play the melody then.
I try myself on ur version of gummy bears and figure it out only on the chorus, that drives me crazy 🤯
Maybe would be a good example to show because it’s easy cords and melody.
Thanks
P. Ja

Thanx!! Where can i come to see you?????????i follow u a long time.
Casper Sheeran!
I dont know if this exersice work for me....i absalutely will try it... Thank tho sharing the teqn
Second part! Please
Apparently I've been doing the nail attack technique without even realizing, simply through just lazy flailing of my strumming hand any time my mind is done focusing on "real" practice
