Cool reaction Johnny , Alexander Krull has been in the game for A Looong Time! He has awesome stories,he is a legit Viking too. Super interesting dude, he does full armor and weapons combat and did a demonstration on 70000 tons, during Epica so I missed it. Tosso Baurr is his right hand man in both bands. Micky Richter is the second guitarist and Joris Nijenhuis shreds on drums. Elina Siirala on vocals for the last five years. Alot of drama with previous singer Liv and unfortunately most people don't give new Leaves'Eyes a chance😢
COOL to see LEAVES get some love back then or anytime. Probably the only duet-centric band I enjoy out there. If I'm correct I believe the other singer is her boyfriend/husband who has a separate band he fronts as well, sorry the name escapes me at the moment. Seen both bands open for Moonspell at The Opera House in Oakland in 2013 or 2014. Was a small crowd of maybe 150 but all three bands performed like it was 150000. One of my favorite shows ever hahaha maybe because after almost 20 yrs I finally caught MOONSPELL live but LEAVES EYES kicked butt as well. I like the comments on how this band is really a band, and not just a showcase for one talent. Indeed, Krull's talent for producing really showed when Liv Kristine was replaced by Elina. I think this screeched him a little, to accommodate a new voice, and the music is better for it. If you like a "band" i've come to appreciate Amaranthe. The Production quality is not a good as Leaves Eye, but with three lead singers, not a lot of room for a Diva. The have to work together.
I'm not sure of her name, but I am familiar with an older song, Hell to the Heavens. She holds several long, operatic notes in that for a very different sound. It's still Middle Ages though! I guess that's their trademark!

Once upon time Leaves'eyes used to be one of greatest bands of symphony gothic metal. What a shame the band is no the same.. .. Liv Kristine was a key for the ancient sound. Sorry this video did not get bunches of likes. Do a Reaction to Leaves'eyes with live Kristine. You may have likes from ancient fans.(my humble opinion).

I stopped listening to this band after they fired Liv Kristine, because it made no sense. Band's name was a pun with her name indeed and they had very good songs. You may try Ragnarok, Froya's Theme, Hell to the Heaven, Farewell Proud Men and any song from Njord and Symphonies of the Night, honestly c: Now I don't support the band anymore
