My desk is Glas. I’m trying to replace the control box. I move all the screws and still the glass have to be removed and I can’t remove it. Please let me know if you have any ideas.
Not working for me. Still getting E04 when trying to raise it after a reset. But mine moves a little. And if I keep tapping little by little, I can raise it without getting the error. It’s only when I keep up or down pressed longer, the error appears after 2 inches or so of movement. Same if I set a g height in memory, then little by little move away from that height for more than a couple of inches, when I press the memory button it errors after a couple of inches
Eventually I had to contact the manufacturer for a new control unit, as mine kept showing the E04 after calibration too. They sent me a new one. One other thing it could be is, that the table might not be level. There's a G sensor in there, kind of like in the cell phone, that checks for level. Cheers!
I have a different table, and different controller - BUT this worked! I LOVE RUclips! Way to go, American guy in Germany!! :-)LOL LOL - well, the FIRST time it worked! Now, even your fix doesn't work. It's like AI has taken over and is just screwing with me! LOL
After a while it didn't work for me either, and I needed to contact the company for a new controller module, which fixed the problem. There's sensors inside that detect whether the table is level, and I think they might get wonky. But just to be sure, take a level, and double check that your table is level.
This was the only video that worked for me! Thanks! I don’t know what brand mine is. Our buttons didn’t even look the same, but the fix fixed it!!!
