    Ingredients:
    - 1/2 cup water (150ml)
    - white sugar (20g)
    - 40g unsalted butter
    - 1 cup all-purpose flour (110g)
    - 2 large eggs
    - Vegetable oil, for frying
    Instructions:
    1. In a medium-sized saucepan, combine water, sugar, and unsalted butter.
    Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring to melt the butter and dissolve the sugar.
    2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and quickly stir in the all-purpose flour until a smooth dough forms.
    3. Allow the dough to cool for about 10 minutes.
    4. After the dough has cooled, add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. The dough should become smooth and glossy.
    5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large, heavy skillet to 375°F (190°C).
    6. Transfer the churro dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
    7. Pipe strips of dough into the hot oil, cutting them to your desired length using a knife or scissors.
    8. Fry the churros until they are golden brown and crispy, turning them
    occasionally. This should take about 2-4 minutes.
    9. Use a slotted spoon to remove the churros from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb any excess oil.
    10. Serve the churros warm.
