Mi nombre es Leonardo, quería contar mi experiencia, con mi esposa fuimos al Iberostar bella costa en Julio del 2023, lamentablemente no fue lo que esperábamos las habitaciones realmente viejas y sin mantenimiento, por las noches cortan el agua caliente y el WIFI, las paredes sin pintura y con olor a humedad, pero lo peor es que esta lleno de bichos adentro (cucarachas e iguanas). Un día de lluvia se inundo la habitación, brotaba agua DEL TECHO, parecía una pelicula de terror. La comidas son escasas, solo hay un solo lugar por vez para comer para todos los huéspedes, lo que significa que a la hora de abrir cada lugar es realmente imposible poder agarrar algo, no existe la carne de vaca ni las frutas, no dan vino en los almuerzos y las cervezas están calientes, no tienen hielo porque no les funcionan las heladeras, ellos dicen que es por el bloqueo... En mi estadía de 12 días, solo dos veces cambiaron las toallas porque, según ellos, no había lavadero o lavanderia . Son escasas la sombrillas tanto en la playa como en la pileta, por lo tanto nunca llegas a tener una. Años anteriores hemos ido al hotel Barcelo Sol y Mar y nada de lo que pasa en el Iberostar paso allí. Una experiencia que no se la deseo a nadie. Saludos Leonardo
I highly recommend it. A very nice hotel with a beautiful beach and a very beautiful ocean. Great service. The rooms, although they are some years old, are very nice and with a comfortable bed. Food monotonous but overall I highly recommend this hotel.
Hay muy buen wifi, obtienes una tarjeta con un código en la recepción y el internet es limitado en el tiempo. Pero puedes tomar más tarjetas :) Internet muy bueno, incluso en la playa pude ver partidos de premier League :)
Oh.. there was lots of food.. disgusting food.. they give you 5 fries on a plate at the snack bar, food isn’t fully cooked. Cockroaches and flies all over it… like I said, the food was terrible. Has nothing to do with the shortage.
@@kjm9292 We didn't see any flies or cockroaches, it was clean and nice. Eating less than in European hotels but we weren't hungry. Maybe you got it wrong. Regards! :)
Just returned last night and the place is a mess, one of the bungalows roofs fell off into the walkway by the pool, we counted 12 toilet seats that were not attached , there are tiles missing in various areas of the pool, over 20 chairs in the restaurant by the beach had tears and holes, there is mold everywhere in the showers and toilets, and the air conditioning was not working for 2/3 days, entertainment is a joke.
I had no such problems. Everything was fine during my stays. Let's remember that this is Cuba, I am also used to higher standards. I flew to Cuba not for a beautiful expensive hotel but for beautiful and wonderful views and wonderful nature. And I got it :) I will definitely go back there
I spent 7 days at this hotel--(i returned home a day ago)-- ,it was the worse desition ever .i would not recommend going to cuba right now there is. Shortage of food ,water,milk, all the basic stuff..i enjoyed my time there simply because i love history and even though i am a chef and love to eat i decided to eat as little as possible to avoid getting sick from food poisonjng....if you guys really want to go bring some medication with you ..

@@kjm9292 We were satisfied. There wasn't much choice in food but it's Cuba and you have to keep that in mind.
