Having multiple vehicles is a great idea. I think a lot of people still have a bad taste in their mouth from how the batmobile was handled in Arkham Knight. Bringing in new vehicles might be a way to breathe new life into that component of the game. I'd be okay with every character having their own vehicle but I think being able to mix and match would be even more fun.
I totally agree, I see a lot of people degrading Arkham Knight because of the Batmobile focus. It's still weird how we were never able to use any other Batman vehicles in the Arkham games, so I think having a selection of vehicles would really help this game distinguish itself from the previous Batman games. I really couldn't think of any specific vehicles for each characters unless the devs really dug deep into the Batfamily lore but that would also be a good option too.
