      See Ben Bikman. Eliminate all sources of chronic inflammation.
      But yes...every interview with Weiss is frustrating.

    great interview and info, I do like the CAC, without tons of risks, genetics etc...getting a score every few years is very helpful as a marker up or down every few years for my piece of mind...

    I think growth hormone peptides in moderation you can’t go wrong with. Even if ur goal is longevity . Cuz it’s a more natural spike in growth hormone. But synthetic growth hormone needs to be stayed away from even in moderation.

      Weiss says it's lipids (LDL) but that is obviously false since half of the patients who have a heart attack have normal LDL.

      When we see a brilliant mathematical theorem we say how smart is the "Mathematician", not how smart is the theorem... Why not accept the fact that some "higher", more "intelligent", entity created nature. If all of this knowledge does not lead us to believe in God nothing will...
      I think therefore I exist.
      By the same token He who exists eternally can think indefinitely brilliant
