Managed to Complete this Deck After Months of card draws Ur discards and core collecting Managed to finish it But is there a video on how to combo with this deck and also why was Vanquish soul Calamity Caesar and Trinity burst excluded?
I can already tell that this is going to be one of those decks where my opponent doesn't understand how to play it and is going to either spend 90% of the duel trying to read their own cards or just scoops when I Imperm the first monster attempting to do anything.
I’ve yet to be able to play my VS deck due to work and being tired, but after watching this demonstration I’m glad I got the deck. Looks very fun and fairly effective. It can even play under skill drain. Interesting.
Hello, Crab! I loved your videos as always. I was wondering, since Dragonmaid hasn't been seen played anywhere in a while, I'd love to watch you play Dragonmaid! If you don't want to, then that's okay. Keep up the amazing work! 🦊🦊🦊
STAKE YOUR SOUL ! That VS mirror opponent was such a chicken, just couldn't take the L with the final blow and surrender. By that point it's not about saving time or anything, they're gonna lose in a few seconds anyway just take the hit coward. Also, Fahkumram's theme rocks. XD
I'll do it against certain decks like runick right before deckout simply because "fuck you, you're not getting the win with that bullshit to progress your deckout lifetime mission from me". Other decks it's whatever, I just can't stand runick players.
Ah yes my favourite deck in the tcg, the only good thing about the deck is the fact that the full combo gives 2-3 max c draws and is nib proof also combos can be quite flexible if you know what you are doing. This is definitely rouge, if only because you can play a simpler deck and get the same if not better results. Won't stop me from coping for new support from the new sets or maybe a structure deck
@@FrostReave you don't have to tell me about it, you just have to put a bit of brain into it and let the magic happen. The reason I like the deck so much is because it isn't unfair and playing the deck actually feels fun, I also really like fighting games so this deck felt like it was my yugioh calling.
My blackwings chaos angel fought this deck 8 times today and the only time this deck won is when someone included a herald of the abyss.. make sure to get an out for chaos angel boys
"Vanquish soul"...? Vanquish, vanquish... *Google translating* ¿"Alma vencedora"...? EPIC ARQUETYPE'S NAME AS F*CK!!! And the soundtrack is according to the archetype! HOLY SH*T, WITH RIGHT IT'S CALLED VANQUISH! REALLY ALL DUELS UNDEVITED!!!(? 😵💫
Anybody know how to combo with this deck since i just finished getting the cards and is there a vanquish deck where you can combo with Vanquish soul Calamity Caesar and Trinity burst?
@Mrdark502 I think the deck doesn't rely that much on power but more on making big plays by switching the monsters to activate by activating their effects cuz its based on fighting games and its similar to umvsc3 mechanics if you know that game
Why am I just now watching this!!??? Just found out they’re based off fighting games and now I want to play them being a high level tekken player and casual yugioh player
Same with Exosisters which I only realized looking at trying to build it now that the secret pack is out. They've been really heavy handed on the UR's with some decks, even if they don't need that tax like VS.
ok , So I hear this deck is really good. Is it good because its very consistent? Because this is just as offensive and defensive as buster blader but buster blader sucks compared to this deck.
VS is good because the usual VS engine is very compact, requiring no more than 10-12 copies of monsters, and you can stuff the rest of the deck with a ton of non-engine (preferably of cards with dark, fire, and earth attributes). Dimension Shifter is also viable since the deck can play under it relatively well since you rarely ever activate effects from the graveyard with VS. The deck can also play through most high-impact handtraps and avoid up to two targeting effects per turn with Caesar Valius and Heavy Borger. The extra deck is very flexible like Lab and Dogmatika; you really only need 2-3 copies of the Link monster and your free to put whatever you feel might be useful in the remaining 12-13 slots. Aside from search effects upon summon, all of the VS monsters have non-targeting disruption so long as you have the necessary attributes to reveal in hand. The normal trap card "VS Snow Devil" and quick play spell "VS Dust Devil" are 2 potential back row win conditions in the deck. ---------------------------------------------- The three main issues with VS are consistency, resource management, and not having Razen (or a way to get to Razen) in your starting hand. Razen imo is the heart and soul of the deck; if you can't get to him within two turns, you're more than likely to lose Game 1 unless you can stall with Bagooska (Rank 4) or search for Razen with Battlin Boxer King (Rank 4) Dempsey or run floodgates. That's why 3x Stake Your Soul, 1x RoTA, 1-2x Durrendal, and 2-3x Prosperity (1x in MD and 1x Extravagance) are mandatory in the deck. 1-2x Small World works as well, but you need to build the deck in a way that lets you bridge to Razen and whatever monster you need to add from the deck to make the most of it. Pantera and Mad Love would be the second best choice to have in your starting hand since you can at least play defensively fairly well with the backrow search/destruction and bouncing monsters into the hand. Since you're more than likely running an almost even split of engine and non-engine, you're bound to brick a couple of games here n there or run into an instance where you're going second with no handtraps (or too many with no starter/searcher for next turn) or you go first with no starters (or no access to Razen). At the very least, it's not nearly as bad as bricking with Blue Eyes. Lastly, all the main deck Vanquish Soul monsters are mostly useless if you can't get the necessary attributes in hand to reveal for effects. Fire is the most important attribute in the deck with Razen being the best starter and Jiaolong being the deck's main extender; around 8-10 fire attributes are mandatory, including 6-8 Earth and 7-9 Dark being optimal. Even with that, you're not guaranteed to get a favorable ratio in the starting hand, but you do more times than not. ---------------------------------------------- So yeah. Overall, it's a pretty good Tier 2 Deck. Personally I think the archetype could use another wave or two of good support that could potentially elevate the deck to low Tier 1 like a field spell that lets you reveal 1-2 attributes from the deck for the condition of a VS that activated an effect to reveal attributes from the hand. It can beat meta decks, but it entirely depends on you having/searching the right attributes in hand, knowing when to reveal for an effect before getting rid of a card with the attribute you need in hand, and knowing the matchup.
I’ve been considering using a Runick Variant. It kinda struggles to push for game so having an alt win con would be useful. And it had a lot of interruptions on its own so it’s not hard carried

The Tekken music is a good choice as these guys are, well, based in fighting games.
Can’t go wrong with Heat Haze Shadow. Amirite? 🤷♂️
I would love to try this deck, if it's not so freaking expensive with so many UR.
its actually pretty cheap if you got the staples compared to the most recent decks konami has released
It is actually still many URs... Konami knows what exactly they are doing
@@jofx4051 I mean 4 archetype URs, same number as purrely, less than kashtira. And only razen and stake your soul are played at three. Idk
The Tekken soundtrack for the fighting game deck. Perfect 👌
I found it interesting that by negating Fire Princess' effect, it enabled your opponent to summon Accesscode.
Feels like choose your own poison lol

Holy shit no way, CrabMD voice reveal real?
Nah. Sounds like an a generic AI scripted voice. Or just their regular ad voice

Rogue doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a bad deck. It just means it’s not a top performer. Can still be used to devastating results

No there can be only one in the list 10/10
can make s-force deck with the new support
Can you make a deck about drytron nouvelles
Then you won’t be able to play the pend nouvelle in it cause of drytron lock
Wonder where i can find the deck code for this deck?
That cost though, oof.
I love this channel.
i never play tcg before, is this deck also expensive in real life?
nope,
Yes it is
Yes, literally every single card in this deck is ultra rare and collecter rare except pluton hg being a super rare
Yeah somehow it so expensive in the tcg
Maybe being Blazblue inspired archetype have something
You’ll spend more on master duel then playing the physical card game in the TCG
