@MH, regarding the blurry 'aura' around objects in PC: does a higher objective, eg 100 oil, magnify everything? or does it have mechanisms inside that allows it to magnify the object, but not the phase aura exponentially? too farfetched?
Yes, I will go live as normal (Satruday). I prepared several pollen slides with different mounting media and I also set up a second microscope to observe using darkfield.
has the lambda shifting ring to be located after objectiv or as well in condensor diaphragma and what efect would this cause Can i use mica plates for the lamdaquarter shift. Is the gray colour of the objectivring only for aligning or has it other purpose. If you really are an expert of microscopy understanding really phasecontrast you should be abel to answer my questions. i am waiting

the most important of phase contrast is the phase shift of the specomaen wave front done by objectivs phase ring. This profe tells us nothing about that he even did not mention it
here microbehunter tells us nothing of the principle of phase contrast. He onyly tells us some technical stuff of his microscopes and shows us the care phasecondensors which really are not necessary acheving phase contrast. What you really need arr those phase ringdiaphagmas . You cand make them DIY and put them in a normal condensor. of course for each objective. Remember that th outer circle of the ring can be the Koehler diapharagm
@@Microbehunterok my friend, that i could imagine me. But i do not understand why you show this absolutly unnessesary and super care so called phase condensors and so mislead peopel to buy them. What you need are only ring diaphragmas which can easly made by DIY. Your phasecontrastcondensors are only inventions of th microscop companies and serve to make money. Zernicke never used them for his methodd. As wel unnessesary are this centering phase telescops for about 100 bugs. Would be better to teach how to DIY a phase plate for the objektiv... How do they make them...

Very useful and nice sharing.
I am very happy to come across your videos on RUclips.
Thank you very much.
thank you for this. it highlighted the use of PC, showed how DIC is way nicer and i can't wait for oblique illumination

hi, will you go live on Saturday this week like normal? I don't see the announcement.

will my Olympus ck2 phase contrast microscope give similar results?
@MH- Hi😊
Would you please consider showing the fluid from your eye 👁️ 👁️ under the microscope 🔬?
Your saliva sample was so interesting 🤩

why do you not compare obique illumination to phase contrast...........would make much more sense

why does he always make this publicity for Olympus.......not only japanese make microscops
Because I happened to have phase contrast condensers for Olympus. This is the system that I use.
